Yeah I don't see it. And i'm not talking about clear trolls like Dak Attack or whatever the hell their names are. I'm talking about the more reasonable Dak fans on this site.
That's what I'm saying. The extremes at both ends of the spectrum are pretty closely matched. One side thinks Dak can do no wrong, and the other thinks he can't do anything right. Most of the people in between have valid points to support their positions.

The Dak apologists are far more reasonable then his haters.....let's be honest. The Dak haters have their credibility on the lien. They are normally the same fake scouts who watch youtube videos in their parents basement and think they are professional scouts. So they want to look right. Same people who doubted Joseph this offseason. The same ones who said Micah Parsons was the next Jaylon Smith.

See, this is where you sort of have it wrong. You said "Dak apologists", right? Why do you any of you have to "apologize" for Dak? Because you feel sorry for him?

Then, you say the "haters" are not reasonable towards Dak when nobody even knows him in person! How can that be "hate"? The only reason you classify anyone that does not like the way Dak plays the QB position is because some of us hate the way he tries to play QB! That is the only "hate" about it...and, it's really not "hate" (the word you apologists use all the time) it's more like we don't "like" the way he plays.

Some of you apologize for Dak.

Some of us don't like his play on the field. Words are powerful.

If you're good you don't need apologist making excuses for you.

I think he just did a Freudian slip on his true feelings of Dak.

I'm just referencing what you guys call him. I think you have people who want to see Dak succeed and you have those that don't.......nobody has to apologize for Dak lol. I surely don't apologize for him.

Yeah but is there REALLY a side that thinks Dak can do no wrong though?

Me too.....Burrows should have won by even more votes. Shouldn't 40 million buy you an accurate QB at the very least???
You get what you get when the guy is coming off season ending surgery....shouldn't have signed of him if you are scary. Scared money doesn't make money

Co-winners would not have been a bad thing. They both overcame a lot.

Except that Dak mostly sucked the second half of the season while Burrow is in the AFCCG.

Burrows didn't win this last playoff game, clown. Burrows was about to lose. Tannehill threw that game away for the Titans.

I take it you stopped watching that game after the last INT. Burrow still had to throw a key pass to get them in position for the game winning FG, and his o'line was much worse than what Dak had. Don't believe me? Go watch the game on nflreplay.net. How clutch was your Dakky boy when he had the chance to earn his pay check in the last 2 minutes? Oh yeah, the o'line sucks so he gets a pass. Meanwhile, another QB with a much worse o'line will be playing in the AFCCG this weekend.

Excuses, excuses...........

Yeah but is there REALLY a side that thinks Dak can do no wrong though?
Yes, there definitely is. Granted, it's a platoon of about 2 soldiers, and truth be told, the other side outnumbers them, but as far as the individual points of view, they're roughly the same degree of unrealistic.

I think you're misunderstanding what the word "apologist" actually means.

The same people who continuously bring up his leadership qualities. It never fails that after he has a lackluster performance some Dak-stan has to tweet about how awesome his leadership is. It's super dumb because no one questions that part, it's the throwing part or lack there of that people question.

When you have to bring up "leadership qualities" you know you're desperate.

It's juts like calling someone a "gym rat" or "hard worker" because they just aren't very good.

Good, he didn't deserve an award because he tanked big-time the second. However, he does deserve the SLOTH AWARD for being the slowest QB in the league when it comes to identifying defensive schemes and open RECs & TEs. I mean any QB who can single handily destroy the run game on an NFL team must be seriously clueless at what it takes to be a successful QB on a talented team like the Cowboys...............

Disgusting.

There is no way on this earth that Burrow's comeback was harder than Dak's. Travesty.

Sort of true...but a broken bone comes back stronger than before because he did not rip some ligaments which take some tissue heal to keep the knee in place. Plus...there is no way on this earth you know that...unless you were there. Were you?
