You never know how these games are going to play out. The rosters are not set and no one has been injured or placed in protocol. So we enter the season with the fourth easiest schedule, and when we enter the postseason we're one of the easiest teams to be eliminated. Yay

As a Cowboys fan, how many wins will we get?? Some fans seeing this will probably say some high number of wins, but please realize this is the Dallas Cowboys and we don't always play well against teams we should beat up on. Give your thoughts please!!

Home: Eagles, Giants, Washington, Bears, Lions, Bucs, Colts, Texans, Bengals

Away: Eagles, Giants, Washington, Packers, Vikings, Rams, Jaguars, Titans

Our easier schedule's due to being in the worst division. Going 6-0 vrs the Least isn't a real achievement and doesn't prepare a team for the rigors of the play-offs.

Very much so we lost to the jets years ago

crap happens at times.

as the 1989 Cowboys only win came against Washington, and kept them out of the playoffs.
Wonder how Washington fans felt back then. :lmao:
Wonder if they are still whining about that as Cowboys fans whine about past stuff.

Way too early to predict anything at this point. I need to know who's staying, who's going....who's injured....who's healthy!! Lot of variables to iron out first BEFORE I can objectively give my opinion.

I would say 10-11 wins as of right now. If our divisional opponents upgrade at QB then that number would change. If Washington got a QB they would win the division and sweep us. So then I would say 8 wins. We'll beat the Jags, Lions, Giants, Eagles, Colts, Texans and Bears. Packers depends on Rodgers and Bucs and Washington depends on QB situation.

That's my prediction right now before our roster is gutted and their rosters are either upgraded or gutted.

The only schedule that matters is the one that starts in January. Is anyone excited about an NFC East title?

lol then what is the point of watching and rooting for a team if you just want to invalidate the majority of the season? it just feels like a weird and miserable way to be a fan.

6-0 in division again.

W's: Bears, Lions, Colts, Texans, Jags.

Coin Flips: Bucs (QB dependent), Bengals, Packers (QB dependent) Vikings, Rams, Titans.

14-3 by that math. :D;)

I feel we'll max out at about 11 wins this year, if things go reasonably well.

The cuts might do as much harm as the draft helps but we'll certainly see.

2 years in a row we get both of the SB combatants from the previous year. How often does that happen?

12 Wins.

This is our year.

Who’s with me?

Guys?

My heart tells me you're right. But if I had to gamble I'd say 9 wins. Dallas hasn't posted back to back double digit win seasons since '95 and '96. That cannot be ignored.

Let's see what we do in FA and the draft. Then revisit this. It looks like we can break that streak.

I think it's much too early to determine how easy the schedule is. A lot can change. Some of the potential QB changes will paint a better picture IMO.

We haven’t made the playoffs in back to back seasons in 15 years. Is this the year that pitiful streak ends? We haven’t won back to back NFC East “titles” since 1995. So the 27th season we get lucky?
