I have zero expectations about this coming year.

Yup. They couldn’t win jack squat with a more talented roster, a healthy team in Jan, and a “home field advantage”. They could go 17-0 and I still won’t believe they can win in the playoffs until they actually do it lol

Think if we could get Laviska Shenault for a 5th it could help the receiving group a lot.

Am I alone here? While I was in favor of letting Cooper go, I was not in favor of paying 11M for a Tweener TE while Buffalo signed OJ Howard for 3M....letting our best route runner left on the team walk off to Miami for a salary that was very workable....resigning Noah Brown for a SIXTH season of sucking...but, but, but, he can block....sorry, I forgot. I'm guessing Turner didn't have the goods on Booger like Brown does. Wasting money on James Washington, when you could have signed Allen Robinson. Sorry, but Cee Dee is a #2 at best, and Gallup is a #2 on a great day....both CANNOT be depended on to show up every week...Schultz cannot be depended on to do anything but pick up 7-8 yards in soft zones, and provide Duk Pratfall some security when panicked. These receivers are going to really expose Duk, and make us long for the days of Tony...a 3-5 road record looks like a pipe dream....9-8 overall. The sad thing, is that it didn't have to be like this....Deez Nutz to both Booger and Chuckles....when is someone in the media going to seriously challenge them face to face about the last 26 years? What gutless media we have!!!

Which one of OJ Howard’s 11 catches last year was your favorite? He really balled out in 2020 though when he had 14.

One game against the 49ers has made our fan base nuts. Dak is now the worst quarterback now. CeeDee is a bust. Gallup is over paid. The funniest posts I have read is that La”el is one of the best tackles in football and Cooper is better then CeeDee. I guess people have not watched the Cowboys the last two seasons.
No....the last 2/3 of the season was proof prior to SF.

You remember when Allen Hurns was our #1 receiver a few years ago? Honestly, there wasn’t that much of a gap in offensive potency between that WR corps and the loaded one we had last year. Same goes with when Darren McFadden was our #1 RB before Zeke got there. Outside of a monster rookie season from Zeke, I’d take the McFadden year and the massive cap space it would save us.

Luckily we do have Lamb who at least has more talent than the entire 2018 wr roster pre Cooper.
But with Gallup an unknown on when he can be at 100%, and a drafted WR will probably take a year to get up to speed. If the offense struggles I could see this FOwatching the wr market.
Me too
Now after the draft there could be some guys cut if a team drafts a cheaper player or a reasonable trade but it’s not gonna be an elite type player without an elite cost in picks if you make a trade

I agree with you. I am looking forward to seeing our elite quarterback's performance with #2 and #3 wide receivers. Gallup will not be back until
6th to 8th game. 2022 and 2023 are rebuilding years.

While I'm not saying our WRs are world-class, I don't think they're too bad. I think Washington was a nice sign.

I'm more worried about our Oline. If our draft picks don't pan out, it's going to be a long year for the offense.

Schultz had a helluva season for only getting 7-8 yards in soft zones. Lots of negativity and opinions based on no actual facts.

Facts: 78 receptions for 808 yards. That’s 10.4 yards per catch and 8 TDs.
Lamb had 13.9 per catch and 6 TDs.
Cooper had 68 catches for 865 yards, a 12.7 avg and 8 TDs.

The facts indicate that Schultz, a scrub TE, was right there with our super star WRs.
Biggest difference besides the obvious, our TE has great hands and very seldom drops a key pass.
