Do we even know what the fight was over? Who instigated what?
I believe one of the first videos that came out showed KJ's friend starting the fight. Well that's what the detective said. It spot shadowed a guy smoking from KJ's group and she said he started it. To my knowledge no one has said why the fight happened or what was said. I bet we'll hear more details once the trial starts.

Well this is what I thought about, something happened in the club to make KJ's guys want to fight those other guys.
there should be video from the club too, but I doubt we ever see that, or that the police even care about that aspect.

it was probably something stupid and typical , bump into someone and that person then wants to fight you, or over girls , typical stupid stuff.

So the club closed, and they were all leaving, and the smoking guy ran in front of the other guys so he could be waiting and attack.

my guess is KJ's guys lost the fight or took some punches, so ran to their car and at that point decided to drive by and shoot at the guys that got the better of them.
They may have been shooting at ray, or possibly the group, and ray was the one who got hit.

And when they got to the car they pulled out their guns, did a ammo check cock them , safety off lol do some posturing, and some boasting about we will teach these guys
a lesson, then had the driver drive by at slow speed, point and start shooting.

And during all of this KJ did not know what was going on, or going to happen, and was too scared to stop it?? Maybe he was aggin them on to do it? who knows,
but no way could he be innocent or not know what was about to happen.
I will add that KJ is probably the biggest of them, all muscle and a professional athelete, and these guys are just ordinary joes who dont work out at all.
I think he could have stopped it if he wanted to.

Listen up guys. KJ may not be guilty in a court of law yet but, he stands guilty in the eyes of social media and the Dallas Cowboy sports fan. He's guilty of being in that SUV. He guilty of watching or ordering his buds to kill
a man, and he's guilty of not calling the PoPo minutes after it happened. KJ has little to no moral character and deserves to be cast out of football.

An important point to consider with this is KJ went to the Cowboys first. This revelation was not news to them.

The outrage will be strong next season. I hope he plays well. Really put people in a pickle.

Before it is all said and done we may find out that KJ was more involved than he is addmitting. Im in No ways saying he is innocent I just want to wait until all the facts come out.
FYI I didn't like the pick and didn't feel he is committed to football. I for one really wish that we would stay away from the high character players.
If he gets cut then so be it.
Hi Cristi, you should put your avatar on a T shirt and send it to KJ lol

As I said before people are gonna judge, with whatever info they have,it is what we humans do.
In this case it doesnt hurt anything as our opinions are meaningless, except to us and the ones here that read them.

What? You, too?

WATCH THE VIDEO. IT CLEARLY SHOWS KELVIN THROWING PUNCHES ON THE POOR YOUNG MAN AND LATER SHOWING UP (KELVIN) AT THE CLUB.

What does "What you to mean? LOL
Im just saying that so many are jumping to conclusions way too fast and should wait till all FACTS are out.
Just because he threw punches doesn't make him a killer? It does show there was a beef going on if that was him and No I havent seen the whole video
It may come out that he planned the whole thing and if so he deserves to go to jail but I would just like to wait until more evidence has been produced to make a judgment.

As I stated in another post I DIDNT like the pick and I am tired that as a Cowboys fan Jerry keeps bringing in these immature kids with character issues to the team to only have them destroy it.

Agreed.

Everyone knows KJ is not innocent. Everyone knows he's a murderous thug who stayed quiet and went on laughing and enjoying life like nothing happened for the past month (witnesses close to KJ have come out and said that). Some people just want to protect him at all costs because he can help the Cowboys on the field.

No question Jerry is going to have to release him early next week. The Commish will inform Jerry if he doesn't he may lose his first two draft picks in two weeks. The Commish don't play with Jerry.

LOL Yeah my Avatar would be fitting for him thats sure!
I know and I get it everyone has an opinion and my articulation isn't the best in expressing what Im trying to say.
I find it frustrating and comical when I read some of the posts.
It also leaves me very grateful that some of the posters on here are not going to be my final judge. :)

Is the video showing all that in this thread?

All the pertinent facts are out my friend. He was there and in the eyes of the law there was constructive participation. He's GUILTY!

no what happened after the fight , that is just me doing a reenactment based on how humans act.

I doubt they just happened to drive by the other group going to their car, and the shooters suddenly pulled out secret guns no one knew thay had, and fired 15 shots
before anyone in the car could react
, then threatened the others in the car to keep quiet or they get the same thing.

lets hear your scenario !

This newscast shows a couple surveillance shots but I don't see any brandishing. The SUV doesn't creep up and shoot like it's Boyz in the Hood like people are talking like either.

P.S. In my 4:26 a.m. thread, I meant to say KJ was unarmed, rather than saying he wasn't unarmed. Sorry, just a careless error on my part.

Charges have been filed and not against Joseph. And let this sink in: the Cowboys knew and didn't say anything either.

At the very least this is not good at all for Mr Joseph. He will likely be suspended. His reputation is soiled and NFL teams will shy away from him if and when he is eligible to return to play. He had a chance at a nice NFL career and making lots of money. But now he will have to take much less if he ever gets another chance.

At the worst his NFL career is done and he is facing a conviction and maybe jail time.

For the Cowboys this means they need a quality CB/DB who can contribute a lot for the upcoming season. A need that is added to an already long laundry list of needs for the season ahead.

Well you know in the past, that is exactly how people were judged, sentenced and executed, by a group of people who decided they were guilty and needed to be
punished, which was mostly death, hanging ,burned at stake, stoned, etc. would have been scary to live back then.

I don't know and I find making things up unconstructive to finding out what actually happened.

Joseph is the guy in the white hoodie in the video I posted. that is my scenario.

Well some of us already know the jones boys are morally corrupt, I dont know at what point they knew, but in a way you are right, they are culpable if they knew things about this
and didnt go to police with it themselves !

Another angle to make jerry sell the team!
