This of course assumes they cut Elliott finally.

Paying Pollard 10 million instead of maybe drafting a guy today though?

Worst case, I'm not saying it's likely. I just don't believe it's going to be that difficult to find a RB, when rookie RBs thrive every season. I think we will learn more about Pollards future here this season. I hope we keep him at a reasonable cost and then go draft another back next year.

I was hopeful we'd draft a rb as well, but I dont necessarily believe it's a fatal flaw.

What I learned from this draft...........something has really changed in the process. Now your getting this.....It used to feel like teams would go BPA on day 3.......this year is all over the place.

Rounds 1-3......teams filling needs
Rounds 4-5.......Best player available
Round 6-7....throwing darts @ 1200 prospects

Had to go back and check out the last 2 rounds....a bunch of kids I hadn't even heard of in the process.....and 4 teams in particular seem to be drafting guys that you haven't heard of....
