I've been critical of Joe Philbin the past 2 years he's been in Dallas. At times, the Oline has played ok, but overall, it has regressed. Look no further than our running game. It has declined year by year the past 2 years Joe Philbin has been Oline Coach. He either straightens it out this year, or it's time to look for a new Oline Coach.

Hot seat That's an understatement. He should have his butt perched on the exhaust manifold of a Kenworth.

The league doesn't let the cowboys hold like the offensive line in Green Bay does so Philbin's tactics don't work here.

All we've done is watch the O line regress here and get old. And yes Steel got better but he is still closer to Pozderic then he is Larry Allen.

All that said the proof of the pudding will be in the eating our division rival snuck up and got the player we should have gotten in Jordan Davis.

Now he will make us pay for the next 10 years as we watch Biadasz on his back watching the planes fly over and the college holding champion we drafted rack up more penalties

Biadasz has also outperformed his draft position.
Thats debatable.

They used a 4th and a 5th to get him.

He started one season and was bad for half of it.

The way this team is run they need mid round picks to be solid starters.

I like him, was all for dealing up for him, and I root for him hard, but I also think his struggles (seemingly out of nowhere) were a big part of the offense heading south.

I'm not sure if we need an upgrade or more consistency out of him, but one of the two is in order and I guess we will find out in camp.

Just like with the FO, there appears to be no accountability as far as the coaching goes. Philbin has failed developing numerous linemen, including CWilliams, McGovern, and yes Biadasz ...who has regressed to the point Dallas has tried to replace him but also have failed. I feel that this position flex is a bunch of crap....draft or get your OT, OG, C and develop them as such. All you do with this flex thing is confuse and delay development. Especially when they are only rookies. The only great linemen are great because of their talent...i.e. Martin, TSmith, Fredbeard, and even Collins....coaching made little difference to them.

Well, the previous guys had 3 years of first round picks. Easy to look good with that. Philbin got his new first rounder so let’s see what he can do! If ever a pick had “coaching needed” written all over it, it’s our boy with the years of supporting bad technique with raw talent. Moving inside now too.

As far as blame and or Credit my example is Steele. . . The Main problem with this O Line, other then losing Fed Beard has been Jerry forcing Connors down everones throat. . . He is not a Guard never was and Never Will be. . . Smith will have this O Line Dominating again. . . and there is a lot of Completion for Center so the Cream will rise to the top.

If Tyron can stay healthy This team should be good

??? Watch the videos posted. Read the scouting reports. It’s front and center.

Not a single knock on him for physical talent, it’s all bad technique.

It’s also why everyone wants to play him at guard. It won’t be as exposed as him out on the edge.

The OL has been a problem the last 2 seasons. Other than Steele not one of them has surprised to the upside. JP should be on the hot seat.

I’ve been pounding the table for a new OL Coach since before SF. Gimme Columbo.
