Reportedly he got a 5 year contract when he became the coach of the Cowboys, this is year 3 so after 3 years his contract would be easily bought out by Jerry, probably has a buy out clause as well. If he leaves he'll pocket about $30 million, he got $6 mil a year from the Packers, can't see him getttng less than that from Jerry.

Don’t see how he can look a lot happier being on the hot seat with all the Sean Payton rumors swirling around. He’s had to answer questions about it while watching several good players leave. Most feel he’s done in Dallas if the Cowboys don’t go deep in the playoffs.

Not hard for any HC to put on a happy face and sound confident in May. What else is he supposed to do walk in with a sour look like all hope is lost? We’ll see how he looks and sounds during the season. This time of year is about as relaxed as an HC is going to be. Once training camp starts and a few injuries start popping up that’s when their demeanor begins to change.
