same thing when Lewis witnessed and knew who committed a double murder and took being threated jail time to come forward hes HOF everyone kisses his arse now.double standards for super stars HUH?

we can keep skipping over these facts to pick on a DC player of course, news programs even find way to find a tie to the Cowboys for stories ,like ETY saying in the headline much coveted player earl Thomas is in trouble..LOL much coveted nice tie in for clickbait..

its happened before and fans seem to get past it but KJ not stud star so we overlook it..huh hypocritical double standards. Nice selective memory and judgements..good job:clap::popcorn:

Im sure his legal team has advised him to stay completely silent and do his very best to keep his media presence as low profile as possible.
Me, I hope that he doesn't wear an ounce of blame...and leaves the brow beats and arched eye brows to the lawyers.

I hope he goes into off season activities, as part of a team with all of his head and heart engaged in getting the final elements of his position to where he deserves to be achieving. Tough and good.

He well could be a top cornerback and on the Dallas Cowoys, both!

It's not hypocritical if you believe Lewis deserved punishment. This is a strawman.

Glad so many on this board know more about the incident than our staff and ownership do.

I'm not saying he's innocent of anything, but nobody here knows.

"Incident."

An incident is spilling drank on your boyfriend.
A fistfight followed by gunfire from a cowardly drive-by is Homicide.

Holla

Joseph has become a huge distraction. At some point McCarthy and the organization is going to get tired of having to address his situation. The team is trying to prepare for the upcoming season and they’re continuing to have to talk about this.

Huge distraction.
And when the suspension/nonsuspension comes down it will get worse.

I am trying to think what other NFL team beyond America's Team, has a roster place for someone inside a veihicle from which gunfire killed a man barely out of his 20s.

If Jerry does not unload this mistake from the intake --- soon --- he is sitting in the way of a $100 mil lawsuit that will embroil not only Fatman Boss YKDV but rehabber and enabler Jerry Jones and Cowboys.
Don't let Fatman Boss YKDV, this stain on society, further diminish the star.

Kelvin Joseph should have productively reached out and helped the victim's family by now. Is he even going to try...or does he not care? How about the Cowboys? You are supporting a costly drafted player WHO WAS a part of the killing group. What are Jerry and the Cowboys going to do to help that poor family?
Until Kelvin is cleared, I believe it would be highly improper for him to have contact with the victim’s family. Imagine if us fans already question his involvement, just think what the victim’s family might be feeling?

He witnessed a cold-blooded murder and protected the murderer until he was forced to come forward to save his own hide. Joseph is a thug punk and complete and utter street-trash. So too is this organization by knowingly continuing to employ him.

He's a thug and street trash because he didn't snitch on his people??? I dont think that qualifies you as a thug or street trash.

He's a thug and street trash because he and 'his people' first attacked and beat up an individual and then cowardly shot and killed him in a drive-by.
Given the acceptance and rationalization of his actions by some on this board I should not be surprised by the current state of society.
