It makes sense, I just never really thought about that. I weigh in the mornings because that’s the lightest you will be all day. Your weight changes a few pounds from morning to night. Mostly from water. Your body loses a considerable amount of water when you sleep
The human body is a very complex machine

Lots of physiological measures will vary - blood pressure is a great example. Throughout the day, even a relaxing one, your BP tends to rise.

Also, with weight, you generally are not taking in calories in your sleep but are still burning them, so there is that component too.

Same here. Why would people believe you can grow that way. Our bones don’t stretch too good.
No, but I can see where people might think the discs in between the vertebrae could bounce back. They can't, but it's not as stupid as thinking the bones would stretch. Lol

TOTAL BS…these liars told us last year that he gained 10 lbs and it was an obvious lie…you could tell just by looking at him. The Fan just 105.3 just made the comment 15 minutes ago that he is still looking skinnier than ever. The outside portion of his 8’s start to wrap around the side of his torso, he is so skinny…looks ridiculous.
They hype him up with orders from the front office. Gotta sell the player before they can sell the jerseys.
