Jerry Jones & CAP boy didn't make any significant moves in FA to replace talent they lost so they can fire McCarthy and get Sean Peyton.

That is such BS. If he wanted to fire McCarthy, he would fire him. He doesn't need to tank a season to bring in a new coach. I know it's hard to believe but Jerry wants to win just as much as we do, he just let's his ego get in the way

He needs to sell ticket so being mediocre is necessary.

30 million dollars in CAP space and hasn’t done poo to improve the team that’s significant.

Godell needs to investigate Jerry and Stephen if he is placing bets against his own team like the Dolphin owner.

30 million in cap space, but he is going out trying to make FIFA deal instead of NFL. You know Jerry is betting against his own team and making double money.

I think Jerry's strategy is probably the correct one. The majority of the time those big FA contracts never pay off.

So he's going to throw away 140 million dollars on paying the players just to do something he can do anytime he feels like it. WOW.

I don't know whose crazier...the people that create these click bait ideas, or the people that believe in them.

Rams, Eagles, Broncos, Tampa all recently won super bowls with lots of important FA

Star , if Jerry wanted Payton he would've done it, This all started because they're friends. Payton had no more success with a HOF qb and full autonomy tha Mike.

First of all, if Jerry is going to get rid of Mike, there are two big reasons why Payton doesn't make sense. 1. We have Dan Quinn who clearly has the respect of the team (see the Saints game when he was the interim) and 2. The draft picks we would have to give up for Payton. We rely on the draft. I don't think we would trade draft picks for a coach.

Second of all, Payton and Mike have the same number of Lombardis despite having legendary QBs. So it wouldn't even be much of an upgrade if an upgrade at all. Quinn came close but was very unlucky to being in that one Lombardi conversation. Oh, and here's a bonus reason why Payton makes no sense. If you hire Payton, you will lose Dan Quinn. Guess who makes this defence tick and FINALLY has Jerry seeing the light when it comes to DTs and safeties. Dan Quinn. So no thanks on Sean Payton.

This makes no sense either. The World Cup doesn't have a thing to do with the Cowboys. The events aren't even played at the same time, and there's nothing wrong with trying to get AT&T Stadium to host a WC. If anything, as I've said, it might actually help the Cowboys considering that it's played in the offseason, and it'll give the Cowboys players something to occupy their time. Thus, it'll mean they can 1. Make new international friends with the likes of Harry Kane, Benzema, Paul Pogba, and such (thus being a nice morale booster for the players) and 2. They'll be busy watching the WC and, as such, can't get in trouble.

No he doesn't. Jerry has admitted he sucks as a GM, but still insists on doing it. Someone who wants to win does not insist on employing a losing strategy.

because Payton wants a year off so we need a coach for this year and MM is already being paid. why pay free agents this year and bank that money then fire MM after this season. Pick higher in the draft and then go all in for Payton. It actually isnt a bad plan if its true Jerry wants Payton bad. Jerry has to appear he is trying to win for his fans. Also getting Payton a year later will take less capital then getting Payton this year.
He doesn't bank that money.

Geeez, how do people not know that there's a salary min? NFL football 101 stuff.

so you are saying we are going to suck this year. and you are so sure Peyton wants to come here. this is all so TMZ, National Enquirer I am not sure where to begin. and why will it cost less to get Peyton next year? because he will be worse?

tell me the difference between Peyton and MM?

Oh, I can see a lot of similarities, and Payton isn't worth the picks we'd be giving up. Also, he's NOT worth losing Dan Quinn over. We need Quinn more than Payton.

that's my point. I don't get the love fest for Peyton. he had brees and MM had rodgers. both HOF QBs. they each won one superbowl. multiple playoff apperances with deep playoff runs. MM had to deal with Rodgers and his ego. Peyton never had good defenses in NO. so Peyton is not going to make Dak into an Elite QB by just showing up. plus as you said, we will have less draft picks as a result.

Jerry and Stephen went cheap and always go cheap. they held on to garrett until the very end of his contract so as not to have to pay him and another coach, knowing it was going to be a bad year. now, they won't fire MM, pay draft picks and money to get peyton and pay him bookoo bucks and pay MM. if they wanted to spend money, they would have signed free agents.

this is a fantasy in some cowboys fans head, that Peyton is what ail's the cowboys. he will come here, have one year of success and subsequently Jerry sticking his hand in there, meddling and messing thigs up as usual. Jerry just can't help himself.
