Dez turned into just another guy when Dak got here. Receivers aren't Dak's thing. He likes dumpoffs and tight ends.

You said Dak only likes dumpoffs and tight ends???

Well do you care to explain why Dak is ranked high amongst quarterbacks throwing downfield 20+ yards???

It takes 5 seconds to find Jerry's comments on Amari when he missed games last year (Cowboys losses) for a preventable reason. That's why he's gone.

As for Dez Bryant, he caught 6 passes the rest of his NFL career.
That AND his contract. He just reiterated that on an interview this week...that he didn't feel like he was getting 20 million dollars worth of production.

Cooper was forced out of Oakland.... was that Dak's fault???

Dez was forced out of New Orleans and Baltimore, was that Dak's fault too??

I'll wait.....
But, what was Dak’s fault was what happened last year as he continuously missed Amari open because of his lack of ability to scan the field quickly enough like a real NFL QB.You think we miss Amari this year?Dak and CeeDee are finding out real quick what missing Amari is like to take the pressure off them by always being able to get open w/his superior route running abilities.

First Dez Bryant, then Amari Cooper and soon to be CeeDee Lamb

Why isnt he being held accountable and when does it stop? He clearly cant throw to into tight windows with proper ball placement.

Let me fix your Post.....DAK is gonna force another HC out.... MM is starting to realize he can NOT win with or without DAK......MM Is screwed as long as DAK is the QB.

Dez Bryant wasn't the same after his leg injury.

Dak threw him to his most productive playoff game he ever had.

Amari had his best season (2019) with Dak.

Here is Ceedee last game. I am disgusted with his route running, it hasn't improved at all. I harped on this all last year....

This is going one of 2 ways. Either Jerry finally figures out that he can't pay Dak and all the talent he requires around him and cuts him lose after the 2023 season, or Jerry signs a bunch of new wrs in the off season.

Dez forced himself out by acting like a tool and challenging the Joneses. Amari forced himself out by not taking the Covid shot. Thus challenging the Joneses. Lamb is going to force himself out by acting like a 5 year old. Not Dak's fault in any case.
Amari acted like a 5 year old?

Actually Dak is one of the best tight window throwers in the NFL.

Dez definitely needed to go and so did Cooper.

If Dez had anything left, I would have thought that he would be signed sooner with an NFL team after the Cowboys release him and he would of had somewhat of a comeback season with either the Ravens or Saints. And he still had his best playoff game with Dak being the QB.

Jerry never watched any film on Amari before making his decision. So many throws Amari was open and Dak didn't even look that way.
Which either proves how crap Dak is... or proves Jerry made the call and didn't want to win.
If it was based on the jab, then he really is becoming dumb in every aspect including football.

That is not how it works. No QB in the NFL looks at every single receiver before making a throw, they look at their first read, then second, then third, etc (though usually after 3rd the play breaks down) and the moment they see someone open they throw that person the ball. They are not going to wait to see if someone else gets more open...

Lol wow! Dez forced himself out. That’s what happens when to quit in the middle of an offensive series in a game with playoff implications and cry… then when you come back you have a 40 yard pass bounce off your Facebook. Coopers contract was designed so they could walk away from it after 2 seasons.., that was always the plan. We’re all seeing why Lamb fell in the draft, he’s not a #1 receiver in this league… not even sure at this point if he’s an outside receiver. None of these are relevant to Dak’s apparent and glaring limitations!

Coop avg about 1200 and 6tds, with the exception of the last half of 2021. Jerry forced Coop out. I loved Dez as well, but he never played again. What's that tell you?

He ruptured his Achilles, otherwise he was going to play with the Saints. Dez is just an idiot.

Cooper was traded, just like Khalil Mack and were asking for first rounders and they had multiple suitors. The Raiders were trying to get draft picks to rebuild.

Des ruptured his achilles in New Orleans. By that point he was done, because of the type of WR he was.

You forgot to include Beasley. Beasley was Dak's security blanket in 2016. Then defenses focused on taking that short/medium middle of the field stuff away and suddenly he couldn't get "separation". He chirped a bit, then was gone.

I'd like to add to this,
1) Dez refused to take a pay cut from his huge contract.
2) Amari signed a 5yr 100,000,000 contract, of which $20,000,000 was going to be guaranteed. (Brown miraculously restructured his contract after he was traded.)
3) Jerry anointed CEEDEE #1 WR the day he drafted him by handing him #88. Unproven.
Seems like an front office problem. Not a Dak problem

Cooper was traded from Oakland because he faded in big moments and away games.... thats the same thing he did in Dallas. If Cooper was all that, he would have never been let out of Oakland.

It will take more than one game against the 2nd best scoring defense from last year with a couple of 1st time starters on the OL and throwing to Houston and Brown.

Sorry.
