I don't put Henrickson and Barrett as top tier but they're definitely good and got to give props to Tyler Smith for that. For me the top tier of edge rushers are all DPOY candidates and include:
1. Micah Parsons
2. Myles Garrett
3. TJ Watt
4. Khalil Mack
5. Joey Bosa
6. Max Crosby
7. Nick Bosa

I think Barrett and Hendrickson are in the next tier of players.

2 of the best pass rushers based on what?

Those dudes are middle of the pack DEs and he was bad first game and mediocre second game.

I like the kid but he’s got a long way to go technique wise if he wants to hang with top tier rushers.
You a coach?

Yes, exactly.

I bash Dlaw because he got a big contract to sack the qb and disrupt.

He isn't doing either now.

You can say he is a good run defender, but the one play i saw him make today, he wasn't blocked. Like last week's play.
It’s amazing how many NFL talent evaluators are here.

Jason Peters is a backup haha. Let young Tyler grow and leave him where he's at until his play slips, if it does. Peters and Tyron can be swing OTs a d/or RTs.

I was worried especially at LT that he'd get called for holding a lot and it hasn't been a problem thus far. Nice surprise.

They aren’t top tier. Here’s his week 1 line:

“allowed a sack, two quarterback hits and a hurry”

The dudes from the first 2 weeks don’t crack the top 10. I love Smith but he’s a mauler best suited for G with his current skill set. Hope he proves me wrong long term.
I didn't get to watch most of the game today, but last week he struggled with assignments. Predictable, considering he's a rookie that practiced a different position most of the offseason. I don't recall seeing him get beat much at all, but I do recall seeing him throwing guys around like rag dolls, and holding up well against Vita Vea. Stat lines don't tell the whole story. The kid at the very least is going to be really good and has already shown glimpses of greatness.

I wanted Smith to stay at LG. I though it would be an easier transition from Tulsa to the NFL.

Then, when Dallas signed Peters, I wanted him at LT and Smith at LG.

On both counts, I was wrong. Tyler is far better at tackle than I had hoped. He’s strong as hell, which I knew, but he’s also staying away from penalties and mistakes like an old pro. He is a really, really good player.

Good for him. Good for Dallas.

I say put Peters at LG, keep Smith at LT and run the ball behind those two big boys.

You have to admit though. He’s doing pretty well for a rookie who was considered raw and had no experience at LT during training camp.

Tyler is beating expectations given the situation, but the people calling him dominant are jumping the gun. Maybe someday. Seems credible. But not yet.

This, LG and C are the weakest links on the field, Farniok needs more development but he is probably pretty close to McG. Only question with Peters at LG is how mobile is he for the occasional OG pull block.

He's likely the best guard and tackle on the team. It depends on what the team needs. Today, they did just fine with him at LT.
Sorry man.. I like him.. a lot but he is NOT the best guard on the team. That title still belongs to Martin and if he wanted to play it would most likely be the best tackle on the team as well. Having said that, I am impressed with the rook!
