Defensive line isn’t bad. Secondary is absolute garbage minus Donovan Wilson making a few saves here and there. Unless Trevon Diggs gets back on his interception streak, he’s not really a great asset.

Burrow’s line is known for being a self destructive bomb. Our line did not play good. Not this week, not last week. His line did not block him well. It’s not that our D-line was good, it’s that the O-line was bad. Simple as that. Do not get overworked on this.

So sick of these negative Nancy's pretending they are real fans, because they can find some flaw here and there and call the team garbage. Go be sad somewhere else after our victory.

I'll tell you what - When the offense comes off the field, I actually get a bit excited to watch the defense play. When's the last time that happened? I'm not saying this is necessarily the best D we've had since then, but the Doomsday Defense is probably the last time I've felt that way.

Thank you for this. You have demonstrated quite clearly that oyu have no idea what you are talking about and substitute qualitative generalization and characterization for analysis.

The Bengals only were able to get timing routes on in cuts to work and even then they did so by changing the depths of the route. Brown was outstanding staying on top of routes in particular. The safeties have the range such that they are regularly on time to throws outside and are making plays. All 5 of them have been consistent in their tackling.

The main issue was the Dline was completely gassed after the three and out and fumble from being on the field to often. It's a team game. On a better note they have figured out they can shut down middle runs by replacing Odighizuwa with Gallimore or Hill. Lack of speed at LB does allow runs outside.

I know all of you guys are going crazy over Cooper Rush right now… But this is my major takeaway about the Cowboys this year. It’s the strongest defense I’ve seen from Dallas in years. Many years

This year the defence will be the difference between winning and losing. Other years the offence could put up points, but this year will be about the defence.

Especially in the Cooper Rush QBed games.

Lack of speed at LB does allow runs outside

This is a real problem for us this year. Add to that poor recognition skills by some on the LB corp, and the ability to shed and avoid blockers.

On defence this is the weakest link.

Considering our current WR room is missing Gallup, Tolbert and Washington, that's not entirely surprising.

I criticized LVE and Barr last week for their poor play. This week they played so much better. They were coming up to stop the run and making good stops. The other guy who improved a lot from last week was Donovan Wilson.

I am really liking how this defense is developing. Bohanna is becoming a dependable run stuffer in the middle while Odighizuwa, Gallimore and Hill are doing enough to create some problems up front. If Sam Williams develops into a pass rusher, this front 4 will be good enough to make this a dominant defense. And other than Lawrence, they are young!
