1. The first is a penalty that was called on us a lot last year. You cannot hit the QB low, not even if you are falling down, only if blocked into it.

2. That was slamming the QB. He is seriously injured, and that blow to his head is why the NFL is investigating his re-entry in last week’s game. Until you are completely cleared from a concussion, another blow can mess you up for life or even result in death.

That’s nothing to joke about. Staubach and Aikman ended their careers early due to concussions, and I never saw anything like that to either of them.

I didnt see slamming, I saw him trying to bring him down with enough force so he doesnt escape, dude was basically on the ground trying to ensure he didnt escape.

I hope he is OK but this is more on the dolphins allowing someone who had a concussion to play a week later. I've had 2-3 concussions in my lifetime and in no way shape or form are you ready to go in 5 days

If he really had a concussion last week and he had another...i would hate to be the Dolphins.

yeah I don’t watch much about the nfl outside of an actual game but I’m sure there has been a bit of controversy about his reaction to a hit last week and Miami putting him back in and the saying it was a back and ankle injury. First thing I thought of was last week when I saw his reaction to that tackle. Idk. Seems a little fishy but I can wait to see.

Why try a 52 yd FG on 4th and 1 ? Not going to beat Burrow on the road kicking 50 plus yarders. MM would have dialed it up gone for it .

I'm not sure how can the Dolphins can be blamed. The Dolphins can't clear him to play, a 3rd party does

Doesn't work that way anymore when it comes to possible concussions. He has to be cleared by a doctor who doesn't work for either team.

I responded to another post saying I don’t watch much about the nfl outside of a game. But I’m pretty sure there was some controversy about a hit he took last week. I remember seeing him get up, shake off the cobwebs and then fall down. Went in to locker room and come back and played. Heard someone bringing up the same thing you do in this post about the dr. Weird it happens in back to back weeks.
