Money. It's a gas. Grab that cash with both hands and make a stash
Big man, pig man,
Ha ha, charade you are,
Woo!
You well heeled big wheel,
Ha ha, charade you are!
And when your hand is on your heart,
You're nearly a good laugh,
Almost a joker,
With your head down in the pig bin,
Saying, "Keep on digging",
Pig stain on your fat chin,
What do you hope to find?
Down in the pig mine.

Calls it one of the positives of the Cowboys structure.

"I talk to players when a coach might not know that." Hmmm...what happens he says one thing and a coach says another?

The GM and Owner should be seperate people as the GM needs to be held accountable to someone.
This is a major dysfunction in our front office.
It's a major competitive disadvantage as well.
We are never going to be able to overcome this dynamic and win anything of note.
There is a reason we have not been to a NFCC game in 27 years.
The reason : Jerry Jones: GM/Owner
The common denominator for 27 years.....
and counting.

Again, it was said that there are times when it is a good to time to just shut the hell up! I did read though that there are advances in Alzheimer's...not sure if that is a good thing or a bad thing concerning motor mouth!
Is one of those advances hospice care?

Fans don't realize how hard it is to win....it's easy to critique from a fans eyes, without having any inside knowledge.....happens at all levels of play.
Yes, but it's harder to win when you won't let the coach have control of the team. How much would you have won if the school board was deciding which players to recruit?

And in any management structure that is successful, the top guy does not cut off the nuggs of his managers by speaking directly to the employees beneath that manager in any way other than greetings.

Subverting the man or woman you hired to be directly supervising a group of employees creates a conduit between the employee and the one above their immediate boss.

Think of a divorced couple who have kids that play one parent against the other. This has been the case in Dallas since Jimmy left. And outside of a team Jimmy built that won a championship, this franchise has suffered at the hands of a man who feels he is so insightful, he can ignore basic management tenets because he is Jerry Fricken Jones.

The results of this mismanagement has currently 26 chapters revealing Jerry don't know Jack.

Maybe the media should stop talking to him and stop asking questions.
Go to the HC and ask instead.

I think some media members don’t care about any actual news, they just want a sound bite for clicks.
Then laugh at the fans for the complaints.

We don't know that he dictates to the coach, we assume he does.....Jerry likes to talk, doesn't mean MM listens. MM has a guaranteed contract.

Serious question......do you think he's doing what he always did or is he now starting to lose things upstairs?

It happens to the best of us and we've all seen family members get to old age and start to decline/ say odd things they wouldn't have said previously.

But at what point does the family step in and remove him from decisions.
I know it can’t be answered, as many will say now, or it should have already been done.

McCarthy does a radio show every Friday morning. Does pressers throughout the week too that, in my opinion, last way too long.

I think contractually the Fan has to speak with the Joneses twice a week. People forget that they also do radio shows with Chris Young and did one with Donnie Nelson for years.

Yah, Jerry has it all figured out and hasn’t won squat in 26 years. He’s a delusional narcissist.

Just the fact that he talks so much about things I can't imagine a coach wanting to be said publicly seems like it would be detrimental.
Talk is just talk...it doesn't bother the coach....if he gives directives in the office, that's a different story.
