It was one game, a trap game, before we play the Vikes. Get upset if we don't win this week, last week is always going to happen to every team.

It's not that they'll go in a slump. They've been hit by massive injuries the last few weeks.

Take a look at the injuries currently hitting the defense. Hopefully they bounce back for the stretch run.

Our defense is already in a slump. We’ve given up an average of 30 points the past two games and 450 rushing yards. Not to mention the TD passes we’re giving up. We just allowed a rookie wide receiver, who hadn’t done anything all season to have a career game with three TD catches. So much for the fans that were comparing this defense to the Cowboys Doomsday defenses of the 70s and the Cowboys great defenses of the 90s and even a few who made comparisons to the 85 Bears defense. Lol Our defense is starting to look like the historically bad defense we had in 2020. Our run defense is ranked 29th and it was ranked 31st in 2020.

Justin Jefferson and Dalvin Cook must be licking their chops waiting to put up some big numbers on our defense. Lol

What needs to happen is this team on both sides of the ball need to do their jobs and execute as well play good ST’s.

There needs to be complimentary football and focus on moving the ball and getting the ball back. Nevermind we are up 14 points so we can ease up on the run and we can be nonchalant on offense running and passing.

Keep scoring and keep getting the ball back. Manage the clock, T.O.P, turnovers and field position ultimately while doing that. Get back to fundamental and efficient football. Very unfocused after a 2 week bye and having a 14 point lead.

They might get their feelings really hurt this week on both sides of the ball. They need to start early and better be on the + side of turnovers because other than QB, that team is more talented than us and our QB ain’t looking that talented lately.

Won a playoff game with the offense and then proceeded to get ran over by the Rams & 49ers due to weak run defense.

Teams have a blue-print to beat this defense like Broncos did for the offense and will it be down hill from here. The games that are won will be thanks to the running game and the QB.

The Rams many years ago in the playoffs exposed to dominate the defense. Yet we still have not fixed the problem

Has and will continue to be the Achilles heel until we do something about it.

Teams have been able to slow down our pass rush which you would expect half way through the season. Offenses tend to struggle earlier then the defenses to start the season, Most OL starting to play as a unit now around the league bar injury ridden teams.
