If they're going to move him eventually anyway, I'm fine doing it sooner than later. In my opinion, we've been underutilizing Jason Peters as an asset. But I aiso don't think we need to overeact to one bad game. The kid is going to have growing pains. He came into this league raw as sushi.

Id be for leaving him there if:

1. Peters wasnt on this team

2. If he werent moving there anyways because Tyron is coming back

We literally have two future HOFs that can fill in that LT spot but we are going with a rookie that projects better at guard

If 40 year old Peters could get the job done he'd have been doing it already.

Smith has been solid but had a rough game today. He'll bounce back, and handle it until Tyron returns.
I think its more because the FO and coaching staff being cute in wanting him to get experience playing the position.

Peters Smith Biadasz Martin Steele is a better group than Smith McGovern Biadasz Martin Steele

Can Tyler Smith play center? Seriously. Biadasz gets no push. Got shoved back into his own backfield frequently by D. Lawrence today.

This! You need to do this now playing 3 poor teams in a row to get him acclimated. Get Peters in there at LT until Tyron is ready. Then you are solid and ready for the iggles
