I believe you stated seasons started versus games started was the last time we had a disagreement on Romo. It always had to do with facts and not about opinion when commenting on Romo.

I have never stated that Prescott sucks or worse as you have with Romo. That's where we differ. I don't make it personal. I don't have a dog in the fight. When Prescott is gone I will root for the next player as I've done for 50+ years following the team. Prescott is just a cog as Romo was before him.
Ok, you may be right. That clock is ticking on Dak just like it did to Romo.

Could be his herniated disk problem still bothers him. Tyron is the Andre the Giant of football; Andre wrestled for many years with a bad back and eventually needed surgery.

Plus, didnt he have his hamstring recently reattached and also neck surgery?

So what’s your lineup? On the line anyway?
For that game.... Tyron Tyler Tyler Zach Jason. Who knows if it would have been better but tyron had been out for so long I think switching his position added more issues to the equation.

It’s going to be a long year. They didn’t really address the OL and it looks like the running game is on Deuce.

Sturm doesn't know as much as he pretends. He thought ww could actually trade Dak..
I have more respect for Sturm then any of the other regular Cowboy commentators. BUT like everyone else he makes mistakes and blows it now and then. This is one of those.

The facts were explained by Mike Martz and Kurt Warner as to whose fault it was for each interception. Plus, this video proves even more what was going on with the pass protection (or serious lack of it) and how that affected Dak's performance (as it would have for any other QB) under such duress.

Lol...I guess that any QB can say that the INTs are not their fault. Dak has never had a Oline that was overall rated below top ten, so he has no excuses.

What? Did you not see the post-game interview where Dak repeatedly blamed those INTs and playoff game loss to the 49ers on himself???

Looks like this is an absolve Dak thread by Dak's biggest fan, as opposed to a piece on Smith...

When you play a violent game and are constantly injured, you don't get better with age.
Tyron Smith is a Hall of Famer, IMO. But he's been in the league for 12 years and has consistently been hurt.
He's not going to get better.
It's time for him to retire.
But he won't, and we'll try to get every ounce out of him we can.
Just don't be surprise if he performs according to his age and injuries.
¯\_(ツ)_/¯

He hasn't played right tackle in a decade. So, there's that "excuse". ....
Plus the whole tearing his hamstring off the bone only 5 months prior........

What's funny is the "he gets too many excuses crowd" would have been the first to throw a tantrum if he hadn't come back (retired like they called for him to do) and Josh Ball had to split snaps at RT........

Dang. That's like... Terrence Steele as a rookie. I know the position is flipped but... Has he really forgotten how to play RT? It's been a long time but he played RT his entire rookie season.
