I'd put that 4th and 1 on their center. He did not fire off at the snap at all, he snapped and then tried to block, too late at that point, defense was shoving him back, poor technique.

Look at what Mullens did on that play. He ducked his head before he even got to the LoS, putting his highest point below the center. Unless they parted the Red Sea, he had zero shot of converting that. Dude looked like he didn’t even want to be there

he was NOT down. it's a clear fumble. fumble goes backward so... it can be recovered and advanced, right? (WRONG, I'm wrong. Only the fumbler could advance it b/c it was 4th down. I didn't realize it was 4th down)

if he's ruled down though. hmm

These Steelers remind me of Cowher’s Steelers during the 90s—strong defense, good running game, weak passing attack. However, whereas Cowher’s Steelers were always vying for home field, these Steelers are wildcard fodder at best. It’s a testament to how much the league has changed.

Lions win tonight, coupled with a win next week versus Vikings - Detroit @ Dallas could be for #2 seed if Cowboys lose tomorrow or on Xmas Eve.
So many scenarios still could happen- nothing set yet, other than the 49ers are in.

This young qb for the Bengals looks fantastic. Another example that there ARE qbs out there that can play, but they just need actual playing time in real games to show it.
With only 32 starting positions, it’s hard to get PT if you are behind one of the top 10 guys.
