Time to focus on the Commanders

Expect to see a heavy dose of the run from Washington. Defensively I think they will show a bunch of pressure with zone on the back end. They've had 2 weeks so I'm sure they'll show some things defensively that may take some time to adjust to.

Thanks for all the insight there. I meant we as in the cowboys. They need to move on to the skins. If you're gonna be an ***, plz do it elsewhere.

I like it here. I think I'll stay.

You guys are crazy. I expect it to a hard fought game but there is currently nothing the Skins have shown me this year to look like we have any chance whatsoever. We are struggling at all phases of the game right now and I honestly don't see that changing this game. 35-17 Cowboys. This is obvious my homerism is aside, but RG3 will continue to struggle until he gathers himself mentally.

Right you are Bob. They are crazy. Anything can happen on any given Sunday of course, but the Skins should be little threat to the Cowboys, especially if the Cowboys allow Romo to be Romo.

Going to need big games from beasley harris and twill. Hall had dez shut down last year it might happen again.

need to hit rg3 early and often . If ware has another bad game like last year week 17 or last week . Morris may have 200 .

I expect this to be another grind it out tough game coming down to the final possession.

The Commanders secondary is as bad as Denver's, so get ready for another track meet.

The one thing we know about the Skins is they always come to play. We lost a game to them once when the game was tied and we had the ball with no time left on the clock. Then there was Santana Moss...

And physically, he had is surgery January 9th. He is only 9 months removed, on a recovery many athletes claim is an 18 month process. Likely, he won't look like he did until next season. As someone else already mentioned, however, this may prove fruitful for him. Not having his legs may be an opportunity to hone other skills.

Have you seen our defense play against the pass?

I want Romo and company to get big play quick scores and then have your offense run out the clock for us.

Cowboys defense against the pass looks like the 2000 Ravens compared to our secondary. Force my Commanders to tackle in the open field and that's where we really get exposed, we have the worst open field tackling in the league...check the stats on that one. If you can get them in man coverage with one safety high over the top, they are historically bad.

Our offense needs to play a lot of shotgun and roll the QB out on a bootleg, give RG3 time to look, set, and plant and you're gonna have a long night tryin to contain em.

The best gift Cowboys can give Commanders fans is to knock out RG3 for the season. He is not playing at his high level from last year and Skins are better off playing Cousins right now until Griffen is physically and mentally right. Playing RG3 in his present condition is going to ****** his development, never mind his confidence.

There is no more " out for the season" for him. If he takes anymore damage to that knee, that's a wrap on his career. You can't just keeping having a major surgery on your knees every 2-3 years. What most people fail to realize is that they have to go inside the "good" knee and cut out a strip of his ligaments to insert It to the bad knee. End result...2 bad knees!

Kirk Cousins will eventually lead this team, it's inevitable unfortunately, not that he's bad, we just gave somuch for him for him to be done so early, I hope I'm wrong.

I appreciate what you are saying, because you obviously should know your team better than we do. However, this team has a bad habit of making the opponents' wildest fantasies come true.

Unfortunately Cowboys still have the inside track on the NFC East and are in the best position with no conference nor divisional losses while the Skins have 3 losses all in conference. Its pretty much a must-win for us.

Commanders at Cowboys (-4.5)

Dallas was certainly game in their loss at home to Denver that saw the teams combine for 99 points. They get a Washington team off bye whose lone win of the season is against the Raiders. The Cowboys opened -5 at the Wynn. They were reopened at that price Monday morning at the SuperBook, and the price was adjusted even further, to -5.5, about an hour later.

I think Washington running on us primarily will play into our LBer's strength. I'm more confident in them run stopping than pass defending. I hope to see a heavy dosage of run attempts.

Cowboys v skins on prime time. Coming off a bye, in their house... I expect a dog fight.

We have to forget todays game and move on. I actually feel better about my cowboys than I did last week. If Washington beats us next Sunday night, they could be sitting in first place in the division. I don't wanna say "must win", but we need to make a statement next Sunday night. What do we need to do to beat the skins?

I'm not trying to be an *** or anything, but I hate these types of posts. We (as in we the fans) don't have to forget anything or move on to anything. WE do not have any impact one way or another. What we think, say, or talk about has zero impact on the team's preparation for the next opponent. Sure the players and coaches have to move on, but what WE do does not make a damn bit of difference.
