So you're agreeing with is comment that 5 backs in this coming draft alone are as good as EE?

Unquestionably one of the dumbest things ever posted on this website.

EE will get the lion's share of rookie awards because he's undeniably the best rookie.

It's one of the worst things about this site. You'll see fans run down the best players on the team for no apparent reason.

This team's offense went through Zeke. Period. His speed for his size and vision is amazing and he blocks as well as any back in the league, rookie or not. He doesn't fumble all that much, either.

They can't just be happy we've a stud running back for years to come. No...they've got to cry about something.

No he didn't. Maybe as an all around back but not as a pure runner.

Zeke had a higher YPC and more touchdowns----he also played one less game and took two games to get up to speed.

Week 3-16....Zeke was a much better runner.
DeMarco had more yards then Zeke because he got the ball even more, around 70 extra carries. Those extra carries for zeke would have put him knocking on 2k. Personally I'm glad they didn't run Zeke into the ground.

You got a point because they learned the error of their ways in 2014 running Murray into the ground before their playoff appearance and it affected him somewhat in the Lions, and Packers playoff games imo and they didn't want that to happen to Zeke with too many carries.

Wow. You learn something every day. ESPN analyst whats her name just said David Johnson had 22,118 all purpose yards. That's incredible.
it was 2118 lol and he was # 1, in 2014 murray had 2261 and was # 1 , murray had more touches, but out did EE in both rushing yds and receiving yds.
EE was not used properly this year, they didnt throw to him enough, or run him enough.
Afraid they would break him, but he was a rookie and was saying feed me!!
instead they starved him in biggest game of the year!

murray had a broken hand , thats what affected him.
during the season they did ok, but they should have let him have a chance at the record and play the last game,
elliot is a track star , he grew up running, he could take any load, but taking it too easy on him , is like playing to not lose.

I think elliot wanted the dickerson record, and JG denied him that, and it didnt help in playoffs, in fact I think it was part of the reason for slow
start was not playing to win in the last game for another record of 14 wins.
They saved their players for what?? one and done lol
As jed clampett would say........PITIFUL !
And for JG he would probably say he needs to have a long talk with that guy.

Yes, it was a sorry ending to an otherwise good season.

I don't think they learned the error of their ways. I think their use of DeMarco was very calculated. I suspect they knew they were unlikely to resign him and gave him the ball every snap they could when it started working well to let him drive up his price.
