Unfortunately for her this is total BS, since in the proceedings the NFL totally ignored their primary investigator's recommendation which found the victim unreliable and non credible, and hence did not submit to precepts of fairness. A process that professes to make a judgement is not "fair" in and of itself. It needs to actually act on the evidence, otherwise it is nothing more than a sham.

The judge felt the disciplinary process was as fair as it had to be under the terms of the CBA. As a result, Zeke's TRO was not warranted. I'm not any happier about this than you are, but there we are.

Truth is most of the types of people who would refer to her as a yankee woman were on the owners side of the cba talks because they wanted their football and football players are dumb who make to much money. So for all the fans who put pressure on the players to cave to the cba this is the result. The owners (goodell) can do what they want in these matters.

Yeah a man hater that hit every branch of the ugly tree on her way down that takes it out on any guy unlucky enough to stand before her.......the Lisa Friel part makes her a Giants fan if she like sports which is highly unlikely

Going forward, this denial of a TRO reinforces the precedents that:
A. The CBA trumps any complaint about "Fundamental Fairness"
B. The League will always win the "File First" because they know when the "Independent Arbitrator" will make his ruling.
C. It's open season for false allegations/blackmail on players.
