First of all dude, do you even know what cement is? Cement is the cementitious product that goes into making concrete. Currently we use three cementitious products to make concrete at my plant: cement type I/II, DF and fly ash. Mix a percentage of I/II with water, rock, sand and maybe a few additives, and you've got concrete. People have been using the term "cemented" wrong for years. It should be "concreted" but that sounds dumb so I'd find a different term altogether because cement in its normal form is just a powder.
Ah- man..ah- man ah- man..are u serious...let me not be negative...thanks for the tutorial on cement & if ur being sarcastic then ok I get it...not actually funny but I get ur bit...now on the fr-fr side of things u& everybody knows what I'm eluding to. The poster said "cementing" in regards to rosters be set on respective teams. I was saying that can't be because Roster spots are fluid positions & are never really set or finalized. They are in constant movement therefore prohibiting them from being "cemented" or "concreted" according to u& preciate the tutorial champ!

Good riddance Dez. I can count on one hand the amount of games you actually made an impact on.
You cant count on one hand the amount of games he made an impact on in the last 2 years alone, let alone for his career. You must be getting old big fella.

What you guys don't get is that if Dez goes off and scores 20 TDs I'm going to be happy as hell and high fiving in the stands. That's a win for my team. It's a win for me as a fan.

If Dez gets cut I am going to also be high fiving because I think it's good for my team. Hindsight is 20/20. So I'm not going to lament it one way or the other if we cut him and he goes off.

If Dez takes a salary cut I can probably be ok with it as long as it is significant. That's reasonable team risk. $8 m per year I could stomach that .

It is obvious you put Fan love of Dez over the team. That's your right and I have no right to tell you otherwise. I just don't share that view. But that's what makes the world go around.

Whenever you talk about Dez, you often say silly things. In this case, thinking I am some lover of Dez. Shoot, I've had other posters say I am a Dez hater when I argue that putting the blame all on Dak is a mistake,

I am just looking at this realistic, which I don't think you are, because you are blinded by this bitterness over him and want him cut.

Here's the reality. Dez will have a market if he's cut. Someone will pay him. Jeffery just signed a $52MM deal a few months ago. Watkins just got $16MM a year and he's done even less than Dez. Moncrief almost got $10MM for a season. So this logic by some of you to try to convince yourselves that Dez has no leverage here is bizarre. If Bryant and his agent don't want a restructure or pay cut, they are going to call the Cowboys bluff because they likely know they will find a good contract someplace else.

So really this isn't about the leverage or lack thereof Bryant and his agent have. It's simply about how well the Cowboys are bluffing here and if they really are serious about cutting him if he won't work with them.

This thread is an opinion piece of someones wishful thinking

He will be extended ......... given a roster bonus to lower his cap hit ........ and will be around for 3 more years.
I think you are most likely dead on the money here.

I'd wager there are very few teams out there who have seen the talents displayed by Dez Bryant, and have also witnessed Garrett's coaching acumen, that will assume that what we have seen recently from Dez represents anywhere near his maximum potential.

Ravens would be one. NE might be another. Miami, NO, maybe LA Chargers

People are clearly projecting their personal feelings into what they think is going to happen here. Those that want him gone, for example, have built up this belief that he's screwed and has no choice but take whatever the Cowboys want to give him.

I don’t know what we will do with dez
I do know that if he’s gone we will be using a very high pick to replace him
The question becomes are we better building a stronger defense and adding a guard
Or using a couple of your top 3 picks on offense
We still don’t have a starting guard and if we use Collins then we don’t have a swing tackle
I think I would prefer to keep Dez, if it means using the first round pick on a reciever. I would prefer that pick to be used for an impact defensive player, or offensive line.

We just have different points of view on the situation. Of course I'm right and you are wrong. Lol. (That's essentially what you were saying to me in your last post).

It's really all just conjecture by all of us but you carry on thinking you KNOW what is going to happen. If you know the future I would sure like to know what the winning numbers are going to be for the powerball. Thanks in advance. Verdict.

I'd like that winning Powerball numbers too. Also, the last date before the apocalypse arrives.

Watkins contract is the starting point for Dez if he gets cut. We have 0 leverage in trying to make him take a pay cut when he will make even more as a fa

You mean the two years that Dak was QB? It's not Dez that is the issue. That said, there is no reason to pay him if we can't get him the ball.
