The lead draw made even Julius Jones look good
Julius Jones was a good back that Parcells essentially ruined.
Forgot about Julius Jones. A lot of RBs came through here. MB, Murray and Zeke was the only ones that had some worth.
Why can't we have a play that worked so well for Emmitt, for Zeke. Lead draw is great play.
Probably more truth in that post than most realize. We might run it more now that Witten's retired.
We preferred to have a TE AND a 3rd WR on the field, rather than a FB.

Honesty, we really aren't going to truly get a good grasp of what they want until the season starts.Because we really only run gap calls in the RZ and the draw doesn't fool anyone down there; if the DE don't bite there is no crease. Between the 20's we have been a ZBS scheme since 2013.
it is possible that we see a return to more man calls with the new OL coach.
Maybe Garrett is trying to outsmart his opponents.
I find it funny fans are complaining about the Cowboys running game, as if there is a notable deficiency. Things change in the NFL all the time, but the key is whether a team can be successful at whatever they are doing at the moment. With a healthy, available Zeke, the team is, and will continue to l be, successful running the ball in the Cowboys offense.
