Speed was never an issue for T.O. it was those hands of stone that let him down. 4.5 is very impressive and then you add in his age and I would attribute that to his physical genetics.

What does that have to do with the jpg I showed you when his foot hit hit the pavement, and the clock read 4.533? Sheez.

Please don't say TO and Dallas Cowboys in the same sentence

SmithSlam.gif

Hijacking this thread so I apologize but this was, by far, the most emotion that Emmitt showed on the field, so that should tell you something. My Dad's favorite player, he grew up and still is a die hard Bengal fan, is Emmitt Smith. I asked him why one day and he was short, sweet and to the point...'Emmitt acts like he's been there before.'. Took me a while to understand what he was getting at, but when I did, I had myself a new favorite Cowboy. To all these 'punks' who dance, scream and think that they're the greatest to ever play the game, watch this guy in action and then you'll realize how much of a clown you really are. #22

Ummmm. I get it but just wait until WR's start going down to season ending injuries in TC. Esp. a team that is one WR short of a very competitive season. Desperation set in and boom, TO is back.

I will bet a lot of money he is never coming back. Guy is 44. Still in great shape but 44 years old. If he was a good team guy and leader I would give it a 10% chance. TO is a problem. Every stop he was a problem. ZERO chance.

I bet anyone he could come in and score no less than 10 TDs for a team right now!

Normally I'd root for something like this to happen just because it's a great underdog-ish story. Be fun to watch it unfold.

But the last time I saw TO was on MTV Challenge where it was Challenge ex-Champs vs. Professional All-Stars. It's all for charity - and they get a flat stipend to participate - but even in that environment he buckled under the pressure of the social aspect of dealing with the various personalities and he quit the show. Lost his stipend and any chance to earn for his charity.

Despite looking anything but, he's too fragile for an NFL locker room.

Hahaha I saw that too! Wasn't it CT that was giving him an earful about being broke and he couldn't take it.
