Progress stopper for James Washington. I think he'd be better off with the browns. We laugh but I'd take their QB, WR, and TE corps over ours this season; especially if they sign Dez. A fresh start with a new QB that doesn't have favorites, and not the best receiver on the roster is exactly what he needs. The Browns will be behind in plenty games so WR opportunities should be enough to keep Dez fed. He wants a 1 year prove it deal and the Browns have cap room. Seems like a win on all sides and I'm surprised it isn't already done.

I was reading some Steeler blogs...........the fanbase doesn't want him. Dez really shot himself in the foot with his twitter account. By publicly badmouthing the cowboys coaches, owner, and the cowboy team captains, he's basically guaranteed himself pariah status. Who wants to bring THAT into their locker room?

I bet the front office of these teams do a collective eyeroll whenever one of their idiot players make such a remark. This isn't the NBA, quit pretending you have power in your words to influence the acquisition of personnel.

Dez would be a terrible fit for the Browns. They are in the process of trying to build a team with a young nucleus. He is distracting and will just cause issues. He's not worth it for them at any price. Dez would fit best with a contender and he could blend in and they have a strong locker room. I think he could serve well with New England because Bill and Brady would not tolerate his nonsense. They took on Randy Moss at the time he was seen to be a huge cancer. And it worked. You don't want Dez to come in and disrupt any progress you are trying. He does not like to listen to coaches at all and you don't want young players around that.

Maybe the only time I would listen if I was a Team, would be if the quarterback asks for someone. But often, it seems the players themselves don't know football beyond their position and what a smart personal move would be.

I think especially with a young team, you want to develop a culture of where everyone listen to what the coaches have to say. I think you lose that, if they have someone who has outbursts during meetings.

Dez was spotted in New England today. He’d probably prefer to play for the Patriots if given the chance than the Foreskins

In PITT, Dez would either run his routes or be benched/cut. The nambypamby crapp he pulled here wouldn't fly over there.
