Brown is giving it a good go. Sketchy call on him last night. Holding on the other side of the play. Kept us from getting off the field on 3rd down. No need but it may have been a ticky tack call. He is gonna have a break through.

Except that's normally his problem. He's a grabby player and that's going to present problems in the slot IMO.

It just about gives me stroke when these kids do it on third down and on the other side of the field. Get us off the field already. That and the line jumping. Giving them yards.

49ers got 5 first downs from penalties.

Lewis looked lost on that deep ball to Pettit. He’s not as good as jones or Chido but better than Brown

To be fair pittis is hella fast. And I feel like crap for picking him on my daily fantasy roster. Not even gonna lie I knew none of our CB could run with him!

Was that the deep pass down the middle. The one that made me sick. After he catches it there once again is 3 of our guys standing there. What’s the deal with us leaving the middle of the field open constantly.

One of the knocks on Lewis coming out of Michigan was his size. His best position may be slot CB.

I like the potential of Lewis, but he didn’t prove anything against SF. Brown also is not garbage. Although, he didn’t play well against SF either, he is a decent slot CB. I expect Lewis to win the slot CB job from Brown before the beginning of the regular season, but he has to play better than he did last night.

That is what I am hoping to see. Not writing them off but will always try to be honest in what I see.

I dont know but it's getting old. These coaches need to get these adjustments squared away before the season.

I mean I will open up my denial book and give them the excuse of it being preseason, no pressure, and CB's cant cover but so long!!!

But I really hope that isn't a trend during the season.

He is by far our best corner other than Chidobe and Byron. Also Brown was better than him last night. He's easily top 4
