Brees doesnt need an oline. He knows how to anticipate the pressure, audible, and get the ball out quick.

To be fair, Dak's only been here a couple years. It's taken the defense almost 10 years to figure out how not to fall apart when Lee was in injured.

Every other team suffers injuries and some don't miss a beat. Some succeed. Dallas will not. They don't have a great track record of backups filling in and the team succeeding.

We might also put it this way... Dallas don not and will not succeed because they don't have a system in which the players thrive. The strength of the team totally depends on the ability of the players. When one is down with injury, there is a gap to be filled by talent-wise much inferior players.

Agree with this.. Course, to me its still coaching. Or lack of, especially on game day. If these coaches can't coach up the "talent", then they stand no chance with back ups.

Yes, the Saints signed Dez Bryant.

They might need him to play guard.


Via Luke Johnson of the New Orleans Times-Picayune, the Saints had an unusual concentration of names on their injury report, as their entire starting offensive linewas listed on the injury report, and didn’t appear in the portion of practice open to the media.

Right guard Larry Warford was the only one to miss the entire practice, but his absence was non-injury related. The other four were listed as limited, including: Left tackle Terron Armstead(knee), center Max Unger (knee), right tackle Ryan Ramczyk (knee) and left guard Andrus Peat (hip).

They’ll all be OK when they play Dallas.
