I can see Dak given one more year with a new OC and/or HC. 2019 is the last year of his rookie contract.

If it works out - great. If not, then we might be in line for a top 5 pick in 2020, and can just let Dak walk.

I'm pretty sure Tua Tagovailoa will be foregoing his senior year and declare for the 2020 draft. He's only a true sophomore, so he's not coming out in 2019 anyway. So there's one QB with promise.

Any others potentially available in 2020?

The problem with this thinking is; Jerry will sign Dak to an extension this off season and will not draft another QB that high.

he is the size of Drew Brees roughly. Nobody is Brees,but the guy can ball. The fact we lack a first round pick in 2019 kinda limits our choices in the QB dept.We are not getting Herbert etc. Have zero shot.

Depends on what type of contract. I don't think you will see a 5 year 110 million dollar contract for him. I personally think a holdover contract until a better QB comes into play.

All Dak needs is the correct playcaller ,imo, look what he could do today with the correct play calling? Why they can’t call plays like that consistently is beyond me!

It sucks but best thing to do is play Dak, white, or Rush the rest of this year and 2019. Completely bomb and pick up Tua in 2020 with the #1 pick.

The Process worked for the Sixers; not so much for the Cowboys.
