100%. Chip stripped that team of talent and it took Pederson just 2 years to win a championship. Garrett is on the 27 year plan.

But to me the only thing worse it that in 1989 we expected to not be all that good. However, we expected to see improvement and knew we would over the next few years.
This year expectation were at least compete for the devision or WC.
So much more disappointing. As we do not see any improvement ahead as long as this staff remains in place.
