So pretty much this is Aikman's opinion of the cowboys right now :

A normal person would see that their hero, Al Davis, turned the Raiders into a joke, and not make the same mistake. Good ol JJ thinks he's too smart for that to happen with his toy. Oh no. His brilliance will succeed where the Al Davis Raider model failed. He is Jerry Jones after all.

Skip was about as rational and on point as I have ever seen him in with his comments on Garrett.

Uninspiring.
Boring.
Players falling asleep listening to him.

He reminds me of an economics professor I had in college who would basically read to us from the text book the whole class.

It is sad even firing JG won't help since the issue is JJ
Garrett is just doing what Jerrah wants.

Jerrah is and for 25 years been the problem.

I think all this building stadiums and training facilities for Billions of dollars..

has greatly affected the attention from ownership away from the team and things have snowballed in the product they are supposed to deliver.

Good football.

Shanon is usually just a loud mouth. But he was a bit calmer and tolerable during this show. Skip really made sense though. That Garrett could effect positive change despite the Joneses having to tell him what to do. McClay has done well drafting and finding unhidden talent despite the Joneses deciding who to pick every step of the way. Garrett has power over the playbook and on training players to be their best. He has completely failed in that regard.

Can you imagine working under those conditions?
Your bosses treat you like you're a child who's head can be pat for good work?

Dizamn.
