I just want to openly admit that during the draft I was openly against the LVE pick. I was obviously wrong and couldn’t be more happy with what he’s done since he’s been on this team. The guy rocks and seems like a good dude all around (which is a big deal to me).

Just wanted to get that off my back :)

I thought in his film he just looked like a lanky athlete. But guy flies all over the field and reads and diagnoses everything quickly. That’s really what makes him impressive with his athleticism.

I am so glad you were wrong.

Nobody really knows about 1st round picks and I would have been happy with Ridley.

I just think we may have hit the motherload on this kid, he has it all and the ceiling seems to be so high.

For sure. I’m skeptical about most rookies performances (especially if they’re good) due to the position but typically LB’ers don’t regress, only get better.

Let me preface this with I worry about injuries with him but: For all you old timers he is a more athletic Lee Roy Jordan, which seems like the last time they had a play maker at MLB.(I dont consider Lee an MLB)

Been excited with this pick since we drafted him, I was disappointed we didn't go grab Derwin James but I could care less now. Glad we got LVE, LVE makes much more sense seeing as how Lee is older and oft injured.
