Woulda griped either way!
Many would have
But instead of griping about JG it would have been Dak
But I’d took one shot
In his day bailey would have gave me the confidence to play for the FG
This kid not so much

I'm not in love with Garrett but show me the coach that makes this team even 1 more win better than they already are.

If we lost this game it would've been on Beasley (dropped wide open TD pass that cost us 4 points) and Maher missing an extra point.

The bottom line is we went into Atlanta and beat a very dangerous Falcons team that was in the Super Bowl 2 years ago - one week after we beat the defending Super Bowl champs (also on the road).

It's time to get behind this team or get out of the way!

The harder you work, the luckier you get.

It was the right play. You may not agree. But it was the right play. You get to the 30 yard line, you play it the way we did. There's so much that can happen on a pass play to hurt you. A sack takes you out of FG range. Any incomplete pass causes the clock to stop and saves their timeouts. This was not the Washington game where we were behind by three and driving. We took the foot off the gas with more time on the clock in that game. Plus, we possibly had a chance to win in regulation.

We put the ball into the hands of our best player today. They had to use all their timeouts. We took the clock all the way to the end. Right call all the way.

I agree here especially with a tie game.....waay too many things can happen. If you can't on your FG kicker at 30-yard line.....it's time for a new one.

Unless we go 0-16, JG isn't leaving. He will never ever be fired. He's a Cowboy for a life.

That kick was for Maher's job. Glad he made it but I still have zero confidence in him.

Sitting on the 45 yard FG again this ******* lucked out. If Maher misses that kick which is very possible and we lose that game that is all we are talking about right now. Don't care for the idiot who comes on here and says "if", cause it didn't happen today doesn't mean it doesn't happen next time. Not saying I don't have confidence in our kicker but you gotta be more aggressive in that situation and if I was the HC or OC I wouldn't be comfortable till the ball was inside the 20.
Garrett should be confident in his FG kicker for a 45 yard fg. If he cant be then it's the GMs job to fix that problem. Trust your players. I think he played it right. And I hate Garrett with a passion. When he clapped and slapped Lenoir on the butt after that dumb penalty is what has my blood boiling over Garrett this game. That was your opportunity to scream/ go insane at a bottom tier roster guy in front of the nation and your team and instead he just say go get next time. God I hate JG.

He probably is a Cowboy for life in some capacity. It's even plausible that Jerry, Stephen and JG have an undisclosed agreement that JG has a lifetime head coaching job.

Yeah, ok. I could give you 25 coaches that would have us at 7-3 instead of 5-5. This is the first time we have had back to back wins all season. That right there is a huge shame to this crappy coaching staff.

Are you one of the people that would be complaining if Dak dropped back, got hit from his blindside and fumbled, with their starting LT in the medical tent?
No need to throw the ball. The running plays could've been a little more aggressive. Would love to see some pitch sweeps with Elliott called, especially on that last one. A pitch to the outside and I think Zeke is still running.

Shut up and enjoy the win. Be a real fan
A real fan isn't happy just because we won like you and the rest of the minions. You think Parcells and JJ were happy after ****** wins. We are still poorly coached.

Even there, you're running the risk of having your RB pushed OB. I think that happened to us last year. We called a run play to the outside and had a player shoved out. It cost the team about 40 seconds. Not only that, but most kickers prefer one side, or middle of the field, to the other.

He sucks! We all know that. But, we won, so I'm happy.

I hate that he’s going to save his job again but I’m happy we have a real chance at the post season.

Just curious, would you tell him that to his face, or would you cower like a little girl?

Can I answer that?

They just beat 2 2017 playoff teams in their own house in successive weeks and you find fault in that? Cowboy fans are the best.

What they did last season doesn't matter when they both suck this season.

Under your reasoning you might as well call Dallas a contender and a GREAT team. They won super bowl 30, gosh darn it.

He did get lucky. Garrett has this obsession with playing for long field goals. It has burnt him. Not today.
