Lights out Merriman sounds like a lot of our posters in the Cowboys Zone. The Commanders player telling it like it really is. I know he probably wants a big contract and he is the Quarterback for the Cowboys but I am getting tired of Fox sports bad mouthing Dak. They are so many bad Quarterback's out there getting paid. At least Dak can deal with the pressure. I like him just because of how he deals with the media.

Like Hall said, as long as Dallas gets Dak for about $15 million & Philly has to pay Wentz over $30 million this can still work out for dallas by having more money to build dominant defense.

I agree with them on the whole Wentz > Dak. That’s obvious. My worry there is Dallas will overpay Dak.

They’d be smarter to move on then pay him Cousins money.

But Dallas on a hangover? Heck no. When Dallas has momentum like this good things happen.

We may lose but Dallas will come out ballin.

It's a silly debate. It's obvious. It's just dumb to think it's worth duscussing.

The interesting part of the video was the talk of a potential hangover for Dallas. Our moron of an Owner doesn't help us here.

And I agree with Hall. Even if the Eagles win this game they have a much tougher road the rest of the way.

Some things are wrong here. First off they say Dak is successful because of the talent around him and Wentz is successful because he can put his team on his back.

Last year Wentz had a great defense, great OL and the number 3 run game in the league. Why does the same not apply to Wentz? People talk about the injuries....... Really Dak was missing 3 of his 5 starting OL and 2 of them are all-pro but yet beat the Saints.

They also said Dak has never been in the MVP discussion and that's false. In 16 he finished top 10 in MVP race and was top 5 the first half of last year.

Why all the excuses for Wentz when he was the number 2 overall pick but Dak who was basically a 5th rounder gets all the blame and never any credit. Talking about credit, Dak isn't giving himself credit for any wins which is another thing they were wrong on.

Not only that but Wentz has been the reason Philly has lost games. Picks on game winning drives and has more fumbles than Dak in his career. So Wentz has more picks, more fumbles, less game winning drives by a mile, lower completion percentage, lower ypa, lower passer rating, less wins, less rushing TDs and the list goes on and on but somehow he is better even though he has had more talent and better coaching....... Haha please you Wentz lovers are fools

How is it Dak gets bashed for the team around him and Wentz get praised for the work he does with a good team around him?
His "MVP" season he had a super bowl caliber team carrying him. We all saw what Wentz looked like with no talent around him.

One thing people fail to ever mention in this whole debate is Dak vs Wince at the end of games....Dak gets it done, Wince does not.
Even if Wince has more arm talent I'd choose Dak every single time with the final drive game on the line.
Wince might be the "better talent" but Dak gets it done. The NFL is about WINNING games no matter the fashion it's done.

Hall is the most qualified to speak on the differences. He played against both of them and says theres not much difference. Case closed.

Facts don't back up the narrative.

He got a point. Belchick told Brady do you want to be the highest paid player or do you want be paid well so we can build around you and win Super Bowls. Not comparing Dak to Brady but just saying.

agreed. If Dallas has to overpay for Dak its messes this up completely & Dallas will be hand-cuffed in head-head match-up for years against Philly.
