I'm not consumed about what happens on tv. Why are you playing stupid? We are talking about athletes so tv has a big deal here. We aren't talking about random regular people. As for, your next question please ask a smart question not this emotional beyond stupid bs question you just asked. Nobody said or implied such so are me the convenient stupidity. I'm not excusing anything just stop being obtuse and get out of your feelings.
You got problems. No wonder you are defending a dude that can't get along with folks, you have the same problem. Seek help, buddy.

If I were the Cowboys I would sign Hunt and say the team has suspended him until its investigation is complete. The league will suspend him for 6 games and next year you have a legit backup to Zeke and a really good 3rd down back.

It's no different than the Zeke deal, except Zeke didn't do it. But we took the Zeke P.R. hit as if he did it.

We might as well have a player who is actually guilty of what he was accused of. I don't see any difference between him and Zeke personally.
I would claim them all...... we take the hits for guys like Hardy and Zeke might as well be the bad guys all the way..... it might make RKGarrett lose it and retire

If he was signed by the boys , he would immediately be found guilty and probably sentenced to death.
Really dont want him. He is extremely talented, but he has issues apparent.

I doubt hitting a man will add to that. Are you serious? The personal conduct policy is for hitting women and stuff people complain about on twitter. When the heck has folks complained about men fighting men? Stop it.

Not that the incident mentioned will add to his suspension, but there is a difference between the NFL's personal conduct policy and its domestic violence policy. There are not one in the same, the domestic violence aspect is just a part of the overall policy. The personal conduct policy also includes any actions deemed detrimental to the public image of the NFL beyond domestic violence.

Not going to lie, when I saw the headline "Kareem Hunt assaults and kicks woman in hotel" I expected so much worse than the video.

She hits first
He was being held back 90% of the video
The "kick" was a nudge with the foot to motion her to get out

No he pushes her first and then hits her harder
Being held back is not a good thing.... that means he would have done more and his friends were smarter than he is..... he rams his one into the victim so hard they both go flying
No kick on a downed woman is a good look

He never should have left the hotel room....no excuses

I'm not making excuses, I just thought the headline was very misleading.
Being held back is a good thing compared to the picture painted by the headline. I went in to the video expecting to see a Ray Rice, Dante Fowler, Mixon reenactment.

I'm still not going to consider that a kick, and I still dont want him on our team.

Ray RIce and Joe Mixon hit the woman once and she went down

KHunt kept coming back over and over and struck her multiple times..... I think his was worse

RRice was spit on and reacted and Mixon was punched square in the face and reacted

None of them are good in any way but just trying to say just because a punch didn't connect it doesn't make it better

You forgot Tyreke Hill....KC WR..beat his girlfriend so bad she lost her unborn child....and NFL did nothing

wide receiver at Oklahoma State, was at his apartment with his girlfriend, who was eight weeks pregnant with their child, when she received a text message from someone saying that Hill had been “hitting on high schoolers.” According to the police report and court testimony, Hill threw her phone and laptop into the hallway and shut her out of his room. When she re-entered, Hill hit her in the face, choked her and punched her in the stomach. He put her in a headlock that put “external pressure on her neck that compressed her airway” according to his statement in his guilty plea.

Officer Justin Reedy of the Stillwater Police Department, who met the victim at the hospital that night, noted her injuries and then went to Hill’s apartment to arrest him. It’s because “[I’m] black and she was white,” Reedy said Hill told him as he was being placed in custody.

In court, the victim courageously recounted the events of that night as she worked with the district attorney while the prosecution negotiated Hill’s sentence. A first-time offender, Hill, who faced one to three years in prison, received a three-year deferred sentence with probation, along with requirements for a domestic-abuse evaluation, an anger management court and a year-long batterer’s program. Cowboys head coach Mike Gundy kicked Hill off the team shortly after the arrest, which came less than a week after his punt-return touchdown beat rival Oklahoma.

The next season, Hill transferred to Division II West Alabama in Livingston, where he scored eight touchdowns as a returner and wide receiver. Then he ran a 4.25-second 40 at the school’s pro day the following spring. One NFC general manager told SI that Hill was a second-day talent but had informed his staff to “not even mess with him.”

I know it's not the way it's done because of Zeke. But if they weren't in the NFL the NFL should not be allowed to do anything.

If it is a morality matter does it matter...... zero tolerance should mean these guys aren't deserving of a spot ever but that is not the case

And that is my point... if the NFL can't ban them and someone signs them and gets a "Free" All star then we are at a competitive disadvantage....if we take 5 troubled players off of our Draft Charts then we are losing out

No Zeke was in the NFL

Zeke wasn't in the NFL when his girlfriend was supposedly abused.
No it is not a morality matter. When I start seeing Dr's, and lawyers lose their license to practice I will believe all the morality BS.

When was the actual incident? Before he was drafted so no he was not in the NFL.

The incidents occurred after he was drafted. He had not played a down yet, but he was a member of the Dallas Cowboys.

NFL draft 1st round was on April 28, 2016

http://www.espn.com/blog/dallas-cow...sign-ezekiel-elliott-to-24-9-million-contract

Dallas signs Elliott to a contract on May 18, 2016.

http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap30...s-rb-ezekiel-elliott-suspension-case-timeline

Here is a timeline of the entire process:

July 22, 2016: Accused of abuse on five separate occasions from July 17-22

August 25, 2016: Video surfaces of Elliott in legal marijuana dispensary in Seattle before preseason game

October 2016: NFL investigators interview Elliott

March 13, 2017: Video surfaces of Elliott pulling down a woman's shirt at St. Patrick's Day parade

June 1, 2017: Phone records and other documents turned over to NFL investigators

July 16, 2017: Allegedly involved in alteration at Dallas restaurant (not arrested)

July 17, 2017: Appeals misdemeanor conviction for speeding stemming from citation in April (100 mph in 70 mph zone)

August 11, 2017: Elliott suspended six games by NFL for violation of personal conduct policy

August 15, 2017: Elliott appeals his suspension

August 29-31, 2017: Harold Henderson hears Elliot's appeal hearing

September 1, 2017: NFLPA files temporary restraining order in Texas to block any suspension upheld by Henderson

September 5, 2017: NFL files motion to dismiss NFLPA/Elliot lawsuit

September 5, 2017: Harold Henderson upholds NFL's 6-game suspension of Elliott

September 5, 2017: NFL allows Elliott to play in Week 1 due to timing of appeal decision

September 8, 2017: Eastern District of Texas Sherman Division Judge Amos Mazzant grants preliminary injunction against 6-games suspension, citing Elliott did not receive a fundamentally fair hearing before the arbitrator, also granting Elliott's petition for a temporary restraining order
