So all season the defense covered for Dak while he would routinely take 3 1/2 quarters to get going

One time they needed him to cover for them

Couldn't agree more...When the lights got bright...Dak had no idea how to handle the pressure. He just didn't utilize his legs enough...nor could he pick aparts Wade's soft zone defense.

He had guys open everywhere....yet failed to capitalize.

When their starting CB was out, the play call should have been to attack the new guy. We ran...twice.

I am not a Dak lover, but if you watched the game, you would have seen the blame is not on Dak. He missed two receivers badly, and Zeke wanted to punch him for missing him on that screen throw, but Goff also had at least three passes that were equally as bad as Dak's misses. The blame is on the defense here. If you want to criticize the offense, criticize the game planning and those 3 and outs.

Exactly, if Dak had the amount of time to throw that Goff did he would have had 400 yards passing. The Rams have a ton of talent on offense and a great scheme, but at the end of the day the Dallas DL lost this game by giving up 170 rushing yards in the first half. That's where it begins and ends.

Dak missed a couple of throws that is pretty frustrating and also poor as usual on 3rd down. Still I'd say Dak did enough to win with help.

We spent years expecting Romo to never make a mistake in order to make up for deficiencies on defense. Can't win games giving up 250+ rushing yards.

Dak could have played better and made some bad decisions and throws as usual, but you can hang this loss on the defense. The Rams dominated time of possession and made a mockery of our front 7.
