I see pros and cons.

I don't want to see an overhaul because what got us out of the playoffs was not our offense.

With a similar defensive showing to what we had gotten used to... and then, which in turn would have meant our offense would have gotten the ball 2, 3, or maybe even 4 more times than they did... I think we're playing this Sunday, almost w/o question.

And with an overhaul, there's new fundamentals to learn, new language to learn and all that.

I do think, though, that if you're not advancing, you're falling behind. And I do think that some new blood could help us advance.

So, if this is about exchanging Campbell and Lombardi for Linehan and Moore, I'm not really excited about that.

If this is about adding Campbell and Lombardi, and maybe giving Moore another shot at becoming a NFL back-up, I think I really like that plan.

The main reason they REALLY want Lombardi is obvious. They want a guy that will push Dak. Lombardi does this ten fold. My guess is Dak will respond well. First things first, we have to get permission to talk to him and wait til the season is done for N.O. I DONT blame JJ..If Im about to commit big bucks to my young QB, I want a top flight QB coach and OC handling it all,starting ASAP. Makes tons of sense.
