I'm guessing that $60M guaranteed would include something like $36M as a signing bonus, his first year around $8M guaranteed, second year around $12M guaranteed, and $4M of his $14M base if his 3rd year guaranteed (Based these #'s on Khalil Mack's contract).

That would be a $14M cap hit in year one as opposed to a $19.2M cap hit if they were to Franchise Tag him again.
