I am ok with my team as probably the only team not having a true HC. I believe true HC's are overrated, and imo Jerry does just fine coaching and running the team.

I really dont want to see another HC until Jerry leaves this earth. Let Garrett stay. I dont see the purpose of fans complaining about the guy(garrett) when he basically has his hands on nothing control wise.

He stands on the sideline and clap. That hurts nothing and nobody. So stop complaining about a guy that doesnt effect anything on the team. He is just there. Let him be.

Jerry gave us the next Mcvay and I am just fine with that. You never know what kind of plays a 29 year old can draw up with having come up in the modern world today, played in a high flying college offense, and raised by a coach himself.

You never know, Moore may have some tips and tricks that could hide the flaws of our handicapped QB.

because he assumes JG is pupett and Jerry meddles and that may have been the case way back when but its not and no one and I mean no one except and Jerry knows the truth and I believe this isn't true..JG is a HC not by title regardless of the hyperbole in here..all owner and Gms have input, jerry is both in this case and the family runs this corporation but that doesnt mean they control the actual daily coaching and game decsions..shm

McVay made the super bowl after 2 seasons. 9 years later and we're still waiting for Garrett to show everyone he knows what he's doing. When is Garrett going to "turn into the next McVay"?

Garrett doesnt do much, Jerry makes the calls, the OC is mainly at the offensive controls, and we dont need a HC. Just tweak away at the OC until we get that correct and we are good to go.

And then I log onto here and see threads about another HC.

Again..we agree.

This team has always been unconventional.

Landry used the multiple offense to disquise where the ball was going.

He used the Flex defense to react to the offense point of attack.

The Landry Hitch to block the alignment of the backs from the defense to cause hesitation.

We took on players with troubled pasts to win.

He literally invented The Bomb with Bob Hayes.

They invented the use of computers to analyze players coming out of college used by all teams now.

The DCC lead the league in camera time during games.

We have set standards for decades other teams never dreamed of.

No clear HC but a round table of leaders.

Well we made the playoffs without hands on garrett, and a beat the dead horse to death run offense with no creativity.

We may see better results with Moore.

This is not a QB missing a pass. There's no execution. Make the right choice. Prepare all year long so you make the right choice come game day.

I would like to see Dak make more decisions on the field.

He and the offense know what is happening and are dealing with it in real time.

Let's see more of his gamemanship ability and less interjection from the staff.
