I disagree - I’m not saying we are super bowl bound but we can beat anyone when we are on.

We have a very young roster and it is filled with talent - plus these young guys are getting serious playing time that will help them down the road

Just my two cents

How long have you been saying that with nothing to show for it?

Any team in the NFL can (and does) beat any team, that's why they say 'any given sunday'

Young roster is not the goal
Competing on one Sunday is not the goal

The goal is to win a SB

S.Jones and the rest of Jerry's family convinced Jerry to vacation during the beginning of free agency to keep him out of team operations while Will McClay runs things and S.Jones stays in contact with McClay and agents via phone/email.

S.Jones has a device that blocks Jerry from receiving calls from agents or other teams while away from the office.

S.Jones has implemented similar strategies to block calls to Jerry during the draft and has a secret potion that he adds to Jerry's Johnnie Blue during the draft.

Unfortunately S.Jones could not block Jerry's phone during the entire Dez contract negotiations in 2015.

The result has been the best 5 year period of talent acquisition since Jimmy departed.

Will McClay is a fraud. Why do people gush over him? Because we marginally draft better than our dark ages? Besides the draft, what has he done? Nothing.
