always a year late adressing a weakness. The oline. Then the cb’s. Then RB. Then WR. They actually thought Hurns was a number 1 and WR by commitee was ok. Dak is not Brady lol. Then they finally got Coop. Now its Safety. Lol

Process over results.
Our Process is bad we got lucky with the result last year. Luck boxed our way to 10-6 and a wild card win.

One step forward two steps back.
I really don’t think Jerry cares about winning. He just doesn’t have the motivation. I can’t expect our GM to work as hard as Howie Rosman, Loomis,Schneider, etc, etc. These guys have to answer to the owner

Jerry has nothing to prove to us or himself. The buck starts and stops with him. I think Jerry is just playing a dumber version of moneyball. I think he just wants to build via the draft. I have accepted the fact that he does not want to win a SB. His heart can’t handle it. Frankly if I was 77 and a HOF’er, 3 time SB winner, owner of the highest valued franchise in all of sports. I would not care what anyone thinks.

They weren't late addressing the o-line, CB, or RB.

Your premise is a real reach.
Yes, they were. The OL was falling apart late in the 09 season already, and we addressed it by trading up for Bryant. They let it completely fall apart before finally starting to throw 1st rounders at it.

Think, dude, don't just make proclamations because you want to.

As far as safety goes, there's a player from Maryland I like. I also like Marvel Tell USC in round 3 or 4.

Quit your moaning, guys. A good Riesling wine needs up to 30 years to mature, or age. All Garrett needs to complete his process is more time. Give him another 30 years and he might finally get it. Maybe....

30 other NFL GMs have bosses to answer to, goals to meet, expectations for success with a timeline....ours has boxing matches to promote, concerts to crow about and yachts to sail.

Who said being a GM was hard work? It’s fun when NOTHING is hanging over you and monetary riches are guaranteed regardless of success on the field. Cowboys fans are held hostage now by a billionaire family with no one to answer to. What could go wrong?

And we won how many playoff games with him? One?

Yep.
And the second game, he caught it but they ****ed us.

And his final playoff game, we lost by 3 and he had 132 yards and 2 TDs.

If only he could’ve kept Jared cook from catching that pass, or convinced the ref to make the correct call!
Typical dez, not doing enough.
