Yup. If any team signs a cut player there is no comp pick penalty. So even though Malik Jackson signed a 30 mil contract with the Eagles they doesn't hurt them in the comp pick equation.
So, they'll get a 3rd for Foles, depending on their other moves.

Can't say anything bad about Swaim. He played well when he was here.
I think he will do well with Jacksonville, nothing special but I expect he will be solid.

Well, aren't comp picks determined by the salary size that the FA gets on the open market? We've seen how valuable such picks can be.

I hadn't bought it. I do think we can get a 7th for him, and it'd be an even swap, wouldn't it? And I was more referring to Dak with how we got him in the comp r4.
