Inconsistent in his first 8 starts ever. Threw 2300 yds and 13 TDs with Kittle and really not much else going on in the 49er offense And he's only 23. That was an inconsistent football team. Imagine if he had McKinnon on the feild. Those are solid numbers without true weapons. He'll be traded as a starter soon.

For the record, I was one of the few who for years demanded in the old official Cowboys Fans Forums for top quality QB competition for Romo year in and year out, but I would get blasted/attacked by the majority of posters which led to getting suspended there repeatedly just to please the masses of Romo lovers. You are actually communicating with the 1 most vocal poster for top QB competion.

He's about to get paid. When your starter gets the big contract, the days of camp competitions are over. Unless it's the tail end of a career or an injury or both. But right now with Dak, there will be no one else 'winning' the job.
