One of my favorite sitcoms is The Beverly Hillbillies.
I always had a fascination with that mansion because the TV show showed very little of it and a lot of the scenes were in a studio.
I just ran across this video of a tour through the inside and out.
I hope you all will enjoy this as much as I did.

My favorite part is the steps going down, with the stream/waterfall between them. It's a cute little shack.

You figured they would update the interior. It still has the 30s-60s feel. Though, that would be ungodly expensive to do. Though, just maintaining a property like that has to be ungodly expensive.

Yeah, no.

Buddy Ebsen was a talented guy. He was great in Born to Dance. He made Jed Clampett a TV legendary character.

Hell, she might say the same thing but Granny would be all hot for me, love me long time.
I'd love to have hung out with her during her corn squeezin' medicine making,Then , having undertaken the "opossum ridge paralyzer" wrestling training tutorial from her.

so did Jethro
So did Granny
So did ellie Mae
Heard ebsen was a genuine dancer in real life and that art came right in when he got his groove on in the show.
Jethro was my favorite hillbilly, it was such a very unique TV show.

I read where when it was finally canceled, the Nielsen ratings from the show was actually still high but whatever reason the networks decided to cancel, scrap it for totally fresh and new ideas and different brand of shows.
