If Dallas was to sign Dak, Zeke, Amari, Byron, and Jaylon, that would give the Cowboys NINE players in the NFL that are among the top-five paid-players in the NFL at their position.

Martin, Frederick, Smith, and Lawrence are already on the list. And if Dan Bailey's back didn't go wonky.....

I think the second team in the league only has FIVE players in that category. No wonder Stephen is asking for discounts.

New England only has one. And he's a guard.

This is all-in time for the Cowboys. You're not "building" if you've got that kind of salary tied up in 8 or 9 guys. You're built.

They gotta win it soon.

Might I suggest we find a way to pay them under the table. One guy could start painting. Jerry could by his paintings. The next guy could own a car lot. Jerry could buy all of his cars...So on and so forth.

Yep.. prob need to before we extend Zeke.

Imagine a bottom tier offense with 5 or 6 of the top offensive players at their position salary wise. Lol

Yeah but the salary cap keeps going up and with the other deals that come up in the next couple of years these deals will drop back

The new cba is likely to cover additional revenue streams so it could really go up
In 3 years all these deal may not even be in the top 10

Not soon enough to be manageable or keep it together too long.

You start paying tops in the league like this and you've got a two or three year window. Then you're the Vikings, up against the cap and trying to figure out who to let go (Kyle Rudolph).

Yea every since he became head coach all we been doing is drafting good players.....THINK OF THE CAP AND DRAFT SOME BUMS FOR GOODNESS SAKE!!!
lol, yea it's hard to think about Garrett without connecting him as being a "draft guru".

He's also a master at being a game manager and knowing when and how to make in-game and halftime adjustments.

Yea that guy managed us to the second most wins since starting a 4th round rookie QB 3 years ago. He can't draft or manage.

This team should have won a title by now. Bottom 5 coaching is holding them back.
If you mean by this team, the one of the last 3 years, I disagree. Top 5 PAID is not necessarily top 5 best.

A lot depends on how it’s structured too...cowboys are very good at managing that l...also they keep drafting well and they will be fine
