Well could some good people come forth and wish him well?

Huh?

Well I wish he be’s well in prison as that’s where he is headed. He as 5-years left on his probation and he just badly violated with his actions. Depends on what kind of day the judge is having when finally gets in front of him.

Good post. I'm unsure as to what the penalty will be for what Josh Brent has done but if he's in violation of his probation as you say, he's in trouble. I've failed to be informed of that info. Thanks for your input. It serves to dutifully enlighten the situation. I cannot imagine that someone responsible for the death of a fellow teammate, somehow wouldn't see fit to devoid himself of the cause.

Jerry is often much too quick to give people with questionable character and habits second and even third chances. At some point, actual proof of their performance means far more than what he appears to see. We've seen examples of his hair-brained enablement throughout his reign as GM. It's a sad situation and a curse on the organization if it continues. It might serve him and his organization well to be more demanding, imho.

He has managed to stay out of trouble for awhile now. Everyone has demons, some more than others. As far as I’m concerned maybe he needs additional help. Yeah yeah I know, what he did was serious but what exact good comes from throwing the key away?

Yep. Anytime a guy conducts himself in such a bad way, he's really asking for it.

He has shamed himself and the Cowboys organization. He deserves to be fired.

I ... somehow feel dirty, for agreeing with Americas Cowboy. Did you get that evil vibe?

DALLAS (105.3 THE FAN) - An arrest warrant for former Cowboy Josh Brent has been withdrawn.

There had been a warrant for Brent's arrest for a probation violation following an arrest in Coppell last week on charges of public intoxication and resisting arrest after an incident in a Wendy's parking lot.

Brent was convicted of intoxication manslaughter in teammate Jerry Brown's death and sentenced to 180 days in jail and 10 years probation back in 2013.

Brent appeared in court yesterday and the warrant for his probation violation was withdrawn.

The warrent is standard procedure when you are on probation and get arrested. What i thought was strange was they found out he wasn't drunk.
