He's not on the charter, but there has been nothing concrete that he is holding out like these others have made their holdouts "official".

We own the rights to Zeke for 2 more full seasons, meaning he can sit out as long as he wants. Whenever he comes back he owes the Cowboys 2 full seasons.

Sitting out until 2020 is fine, but then he won't be out of his contract until 2023.

Yeah it is, but when has that ever stopped him?

As you said, the players aren't required to report until tomorrow. How they get there is optional. I'll view it as a "holdout" at that time.
