Would any other team in the NFL give Prescott 35 million?

Maybe if he won a Super Bowl this season. Otherwise, extremely doubtful.

So give him the Transition Tag and let the market set his contract value. Dallas might find that they have been negotiating against themselves all summer. Remember, Fromm, Herbert, and Tua are all going to be available in the draft. The shiny new toy will be out there for those top 10 drafting teams. Think one of them will want to throw huge dollars at the slightly dinged toy that needs batteries?

Maybe. In 3 years he won division twice and went to playoffs and won a game. His rookie season was one of the best of any rookie QB.

If he was picked in the top 10 of the first round. You would expect these stats and accomplishments. Because he was picked in later rounds I wonder if fans look different at him.

It only takes one team. Supply and demand in itself tells you the odds are in daks favor that somebody would pay him. Teams overpay for qbs all the time. I think it's foolish to suggest there is no other team in the NFL that would pay dak what Dallas is ultimately going to pay him. Of course there are others that would do the same.

I think that way would. There’s a severe lack of talent in the league at the quarterback position and Dak is a proven winner.

After this year, you’ll see why he’s worth $35M. Quarterbacks typically have their breakout in the 4th year. They better get a deal done this year or it could be $40M next year.
