Of all the QBs known for their running skills I can think of only two that could be pure pocket passers. Staubach and a Young both of which won SBs.

John Elway as well. Speaking of Young. I don't know what his speed was, but in game speed he was always the fastest guy on the field. The guy was lightning fast.
