I watched the entire game. Teddy did not look bad as much as the Saints absolutely imploded with penalities when it was still close. Teddy made some pretty good throws.
Even Quinn's return to the regular season lineup makes overall defensive improvement a wait-and-see situation. At this early stage of this season, the only known dependable variable (which is somewhat different from last November 29) is a re-energized and proficient offense Dallas should walk into the Superdome with in two weeks.Remember DLaw missed the entire offseason as well as Jones. He’s not back to full form yet but eventually he will be. Gregory was pretty good last year and he’s gone. Crawford is not even close to 100% and Woods is out. We’ve got Quinn coming back so I think you’ll start seeing some improvement.
TBH, the refs screwed the Saints yesterday. That game takes on a whole different look with the Saints up by 7 at that point. You could tell the Saints’ hearts weren’t in it after that.Exactly....Payton will have him ready. The D has to play waay better than what we've seen first two weeks.
Likely misses the Cowboys game in 2 weeks.
Teddy Bridgewater under center changes the outlook on this game tremendously.
Did you see on the sideline when it initially happened... trainer had it going all different directions thumbs don't usually go in. From friends who are Saints fans it's a torn ucl, 10 to 12 weeks if surgery is required! When Brees was on the sideline and went to pick up the football off the bench and it immediately fell out of his hand grip, I knew it was pretty serious
Yes it will take him a game or so to get back in the swing of things. Maybe the Miami game will give them all some confidence.Even Quinn's return to the regular season lineup makes overall defensive improvement a wait-and-see situation. Even better...Bridgewater won't be the starting QB when we play them it will most likey be Taysom Hill.
They'll run more, that might not be good for us. HmmmLikely misses the Cowboys game in 2 weeks.

May catch a break against New Orleans, game in two weeks.
